I got a room at 11 pm

Three women were given the same room and tried to enter at 1 am. If I hadn't had the door chain on, they would have walked in on me. Plus it took 40 minutes for the shuttle to get me when I was told 5-10 minutes

The staff was the best, very helpful as we are seniors, made sure we had a room on the first floor as I have a lot of health issues. Thank you.

Have every thing needed for a business trip. convenience, food, approach to Hwy

Both of my stays were just overnight after and before a long flight. Staff were courteous; room was fine and I am completely happy with the experience

Great place to stay for the price if you have an early morning flight out of Detroit.

Hotel has small cafe, bar, and pool although pool was empty at that time of season, fitness center and was so close to the airport with free 24 hour shuttle to airport. Staff was nice and it fit my budget.

Pool was empty but understandable for time of year, hallways were a bit dark and furniture in room was a bit dated but it was comfortable.

The hairdryer did not work and when I mentioned it to the front desk they said they would have maintenance look at it verse offering another hairdryer in the meantime. Not major but could be an opportunity for improvement.

Good bed, friendly staff

No elevator, no early continental breakfast a friendly stuewardes helped me with my bag to the second floor room. I would not have booked if I had known- no elevator! I was too tired to try to change room at that point.

When I went into my room, it smelled clean,the room size was good and the bed was nice and soft .

The bed were too small, when I made my reservation online, i was under the impresssion i would have 2 queen size beds, not full size.

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in to this hotel, it has to be the best Clarion I have ever stayed at.

Why no elevators?? We had back discomfort because of the bed. We do not know why.

Excellent location when you have to take an early morning flight.

My credit card was charged twice. I was told it was 79.99 but I was charged over 100.00 then charged twice. Totally disgusted!
