I felt we did not receive the room we booked, this booking was made in December for accommodation for September. I paid for two single beds (travelled with my 24 yr old son) the add said all rooms came with a sofa bed, upon arrival there was one queen bed and no sofa bed. It would appear the photo in the add is misleading, do not get what u actually pay for and the room was on the firsr floor at the back of the building and rather noisy at night, the locals would stand outside the building until three in the morning and chat. Also they should have curtains on the windows, too much light coming in and was difficult to sleep. Also upon arrival u have to walk three blocks to obtain the code for access to the building; this should b given to u in the email they send to advise the check in procedure. It is rather difficult when u have four bags of luggage to walk the extra distance, someone has to stay behind in the hot weather and wait.
The location was amazing. Washer/Dryer was very convenient.
The beds are only singles not doubles as they state. The apartment sleeps 3 not 4 as stated. It was a tidy apartment, but the floors were extremely dirty.
The Pros and The Cons (both on your doorstep) I would NOT recommend this apartment! There are certain things you want from an apartment at £95 a night and one thing which should be a pre-requisite What you want is an easy check in, all the amenities stipulated in the description and a good nights sleep. For this accommodation, the company describe secure parking - its a public car park across the road (with urine smelling matresses at the entrance) and you have to print your own pass. You want a room with all the amenities catered for - there's a single dish sponge, a roll of kitchen towel and a dishwasher without detergent (i'm sorry who packs dishwasher tablets or antibacterial spray for one or two nights!!!!). the description is of a secure self check-in procedure - so secure in our experience you cant access the building. The pre-requisite here that's missing is customer service - or as we found it, complete disregard for the customer experience. The check in instructions emailed to us were wrong, asking us to take a car park pass from the table to the public car park so we can park without charge. However, when we found there was no permit we were forced to ring the help number. the lady we spoke to had no idea which of the apartments we were staying in they have no on site or even local staff. When we managed to get them to understand where we were and our issue (and let me just make it clear, on the emailed instructions about parking you are met with major warnings about being fined and towed away if you don't show a permit and these are re-iterated on a sign as you enter the apartment) we were told to print it ourselves. SO we spent the first two ours of our night here not only spending considerable cash on international calls, but also considerable time speaking to the car park attendant (nothing to do with Ginosi) about keeping our car safe.
