Quality of food in the restaurant

Beautiful renovation of the building.

Hotel is located in a dead zone sea of parking lots. No nearby (walking distance) neighborhood restaurants, etc. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the redevelopment of the Cleveland Clinic area is devoid of upscale residential and the amenities that would accompany.

The hotel has a shuttle service to take you to anywhere within two miles which is great. The shuttle took me to the nearby train station to go to the airport although I missed my flight as it took so long to go there by train. the service provided by the hotel was good.

Staff extremely welcoming, and in general everything was very appropriate.

No bath (only shower), breakfast not included in room price.

Great mix of old and new, staff was very friendly.

Friendly hotel. Very helpful staff. Close to all amenities but not in the centre of town.

Room was enormous and very clean. Staff courteous and professional.

What's the point of having an empty minibar in the room? No room service after 10pm.

When we checked in, they did not have our reservations. Fortunately I had my booking confirmation printed out. We got their "last two rooms" when originally we were told they had no vacancy! Since my son attends college in the area, they gave us the discounted rate-very pleased with that! The heat in my room did not work, but being they didn't have any other rooms, there was nothing that could be done. It was quite a chilly night in there! Then for breakfast, we decided to stay at the hotel. We were seated in front of the buffet. One of the guests dropped a serving spoon on the floor. She told a worker, and placed it on the table. The worker placed the same dirty spoon back in the food. Disgusting! Needless to say we didn't want to eat anything else after that.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was pouring rain when we arrived and the valet staff were great about getting us out of the rain. The hotel runs a shuttle to Little Italy which was great for going out to dinner. The bar staff were all very nice and helpful. Our room was great.

Very far way from the center Tax over the initial price not informed and high.

It was just perfect. I needed to be near to the University Circle and a shuttle enabled me to go there at anytime. Otherwise it was in walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was very clean and stylish.

I thought the parking area was poor. It could have been better marked and made to be associated with the hotel.

Design, breakfast, service, restorant are great. Friendly and professional suff. Self parking is avaiable.

AC unit directed to a bad and it is difficult to manage at night to protect you from cold air. There is no vent fan in bathroom. For this level of hotel it was unusual. You can open a door to reduce humidity in the bath.

Only location

The room was very bright and large . The reception staff were very helpful friendly and responsive

Parking could have been better

Surprisingly updated room (we had the 2 queen junior suite). The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a quick stay.

Close to Case Western

Valet Parking. Come On. Lot was next to the hotel. Easy to walk.

The cookies were delicious. The room was beautiful, and the staff was great.

Loved the room and furnishings! It did not look like the average cookie-cutter hotel room. My daughter loved the seating area chair and foot stool -very comfortable. The breakfast was great too and reasonably priced for a buffet. Loved the warm cookies. Room service was great but they forgot a drink. However, it was brought up right away upon my call. Loved the free shuttle too!

Can't think of anything really awful. Maybe the lobby could use a little more light? I like the castle look and dark wood paneling but it was a bit dark in there..

No pool

Mau atendimento, nao reconheceram a reserva, tive de enviar por email a confirmação do booking, deram 2 dos 4 vouchers de pequeno almoço mas com número de quarto errado, quando falei com uma recepcionista sobre o erro deles fui questionado como eu tinha arranjado os vouchers se nao tinha direito a eles, como é que os tinha na minha posse? (Roubei?????), Fiquei sem eles e tive de esperar pelo final do dia para falar de novo e pedir a outro funcionário que verificasse a situação e me desse os vouchers a que rinha direito, o quarto que me atribuíram quando fazia descarga do autoclismo saía a porcaria toda pelo ralo do chuveiro, tive de pedir logo na primeira manha para trocar de quarto, ás 6 da manha tive que pegar nas malas e restante roupa e mudar para um quarto que era minúsculo e nao correspondia ao que eu tinha reservado, tive de ir de novo à recepção pedir que corrigissem o erro, lá fizeram o favor de me dar um quarto igual ao que eu tinha reservado, no terceiro dia nao limparam e arrumaram o quarto, falei da situação a meio da tarde e garantiram que iam mandar de imediato limpar e arrumar oo quarto, quando cheguei por volta das 22 horas verifiquei que nada tinha sido feito, desci mais uma vez à recepção para falar do assunto e responderam nada poder fazer, pedi então o especial favor de pelo menos me darem duas toalhas de banho limpas para poder tomar banho, enfim um autentico pesadelo
