we could hear the elevator operating in our room # 1001
The service was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us as we have a daughter who has joined Case Western. The shuttle service was convenient. The taxi service recommended by the hotel was excellent:Adel and Miyk were superb. The food was good though the choice was limited and the bar was welcoming. The staff were very committed and we felt at home.
There was a racket at night from the upper floor and it was difficult to sleep on 3 nights. We are not sure whether there was work going on or whether it was someone in one of the rooms creating the racket. It would be good to have more choice of dishes in the restaurant menu.
This is a classy hotel with an ideal location for anyone going to the Cleveland Clinic or the downtown museum.
I did not like that they had no record of my reservation when I showed up and when they finally got that straightened out they told me I was paying way more than I would have if I had not used your booking site and had booked directly with them!
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our dinner and breakfast were delicious. The guest rooms were very stylish and the public areas are absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a function hall or are going to Cleveland Clinic or Case Western U., this is your spot.
It was not apparent where to walk other than Cleveland Clinic or Case Western U..
Not much!! Only thing was it was close to cleveland clinic.
Price to high for the room!! Room was dirty and real dusty. Paint on the walls looked like a four year old painted the room!! Bathroom was dirty and looked well used. This is a $80.00 room at best not the $180.00 I paid..barmaid at the restaurant was more worried about eating and talking on the phone than waiting on customers!!! And also had a lot of nats flying around the bar!! The cost of the meals is just stupid high!!
Staff was excellent thanks steve for driving us to Little italy for dinner and picking us up Anne and Manny Toronto Ontario
there is nothing i didnt like except possibly more restaurants withen walking distance but its a grand looking place
the staff was very friendly and nice and tiredt to be helpful but they knew nothing of the area.. could not help us with a map or information or anything useful but were very sweet in their stupidity
Staff were very courteous and helpful!!!
Room was true to the original architecture. Small but comfortable.
Drapery was coming off rod. broken shades. Extremely poor patch in ceiling.
Staff was fabulous - almost everyone was very pleasant, helpful and professional. Clean and beautiful building.
Food was overpriced. One wait staff (Sunday night) was VERY loud in her speech and her discussion with the other staff. She was also very loud/unrefined in her delivery of items to her tables - she was NOT my server.
Quiet-didn't hear a peep from anyone else.
Windows don't open.
Everything, best breakfast, location and comfort!
I liked the fact that it was close to the Cleveland Clinic and that there was a shuttle.
There a nice Arabic restaurant
We were visiting for check up at Cleveland Clinic. Unforeseen severe complications occurred requiring 911 assistance. Our 2 day trip became more than a week hospital stay. The staff at the Tudor Arms did everything in their power to assist me while my son was ill. Being in away from home and alone was made easier by their compassion and concern. I applaud their employees and their customer service training. I felt valued and they were genuinely interested in our welfare. We will definitely stay there on our subsequent visits. They could not have made a better first impression.
The employees were very friendly. The room was nice.
The water took over 10 minutes to get hot. The toilet did not flush.
Location, staff , felt safe, restaurant
A little tired
1) It is a few blocks from my brother's house. I was visiting him. 2) It is definitely a character hotel.
1) They made me take vallet parking, because "there are now more self-parking" spots left. 2) They kept re-making my bed and changing the towels even though I didn't put the card on the bed or the towels on the floor.
Historic building with hip, urban styling.
the size of the room
Very friendly from the valet to the people at the check in desk. Short walk to Clinic or they provide shuttle service. Will stay there again.
Buffet breakfast was basic and cold.
