hotel de grand standing, déco tendance, ambiance "in" , service pro et efficace. au petit soin sur tout.. Localisation de l'hotel sensas : on sort et on est à 2 blocs du coeur de SF (Union Square). pas vraiment de négatif : pas de centre de remise en forme , prix petit dej excessif .(mais pleins de solutions fun et sympa à la sortie de l'hotel: donc no pb..!) |

Absolument tout, situation et décoration de rêve, le personnel est charmant et compétent, les chambres sont grandes et luxueuses, le petit déjeuner somptueux...nous y sommes d'ailleurs revenus au cours de notre voyage alors que ce n'était pas prévu......... Que la connection internet ne soit pas comprise , vue la catégorie de l hôtel.les salles de bains sont un peu petites par rapport aux chambres, d'ailleurs les toilettes ne sont pas séparées. |

Location, Doorman, Food. The telephones in the rooms are very old fashioned. The charge for internet service in the business center is robbery. The internet is free and we all know it. |

Been there a few times and always enjoy returning to this downtown SF hotel located within walking distance to Union Square. It's a hip design hotel offering good value for the money. The hotel bar is usually very crowded at night and fun to hang out and mingle with the local party crowd. |

The hotel is in a great position, the rooms are well presented (the bathrooms are very small!!!) and the mood is of a designer hotel There were only 2 things that I did not like about this hotel. 1. The bathroom was so small and 2. How they have the face to have a litre of water in your room that costs $11.00 is a complete joke, this really pissed me off |

The downtown location was ideal, the check-in and check-out process was seamless, the room was well appointed. We didn't dine there, so not able to comment on those facilities. Should have a workout facility. |

Good decoration, nice furniture. Excellent location and service. A little bit dark in the lobby area, but that's just a detail. Pillows too thick but thats a problem in many hotels |

Decor and overall experience was very good. Good location. $300 minimum for tables at the Redwood Room for guests is ridiculous. We would have racked up a respectable bill but had to take our buisness elsewhere... |

On check in we were offered a larger room for an extra $75 a night. We would have like to have seen the difference between the rooms before we accepted. 5 minute International phone call cost $32. What a joke! |

Decor and central location. The rooms were clean. Bathroom was quite small. It was also very noisy in the early morning due to thin walls, banging doors and the chambermaid also started hoovering early. |

Even though I had a confirmed & paid booking and I informed them that I'd be arriving in sfo in a late flight .When I arrived my room was already occupied . They afterwards confessed they have an overbooking policy. They did compesate me for this and credited for the first night I had to stay at another Hotel. Tough after 15 hours flying. Helpful people, nice Hotel but better try to check in early |
