Score from 10 reviews Wonderful
Continental breakfast staff were very friendly! Enjoyed the surrounding area
Wifi kept disconnecting us and the staff didn't seem to care. The rooms need to be updated Refrigerator froze EVERYTHING
Furniture in room was very worn and shabby. Window was very dusty and covered in cobwebs.
Loved the breakfast in the morning.
Pillows were a little hard.
This hotel is on an island on the Columbia River. It shares the island with a pub, nice restaurant and a lighthouse. The trails along the dike and the park in walking distance are fantastic and the hotel itself was a great value. I can't imagine a more pleasant stay in Tri-Cities. Forget the reliable Shilo or Red Lion and get a room in a first-class (for E Washington) hotel that can't be beat. I'll never stay anywhere else if I ever get stuck up there again. It made the whole family breathe a sigh of relief and we relaxed and had a great evening there.
There was no mini-bar or, I don't think, a microwave or kitchenette but the pub and the restaurant are open late and this wasn't a problem. We had a double king room; it was great.
Peaceful feeling Welcoming staff Relaxing surroundings
Quality of toilet paper could be upgraded.
Location and setting Nice little brew house (sports bar) within a short walking distance Nice Breakfast
showing it's age, but just a little. Maybe could use a slight touch up, but then the price would probably go up. Not bad, just a touch below excellent.
We left a cell phone in the room, we called a few days later and it had been turned in. Stopped and picked it up on the way home, no hassle just the plus for a great stay. Would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling in the area.
Peaceful river and docks were great with veiws all in all good time
At time not manny good rooms available .
a great location wonderful breakfast the lady who work the continental breakfast was a great help
hotel and rooms definitely need updating
Parking, Breakfast, Friendlyness.
Location; bike/walking trail nearby; view; good for traveling with pets.
Room by the pool. Late night party people making lots of noise after 9:00 at night.
We were warmly greeted at the front desk. Every staff member we came in contact with was very nice and went out of their way to accommodate us. The rooms are a little outdated as far as style goes, but they were extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect, right on the water, and the views are spectacular.
Breakfast buffet was very poorly arranged. No way to by-pass someone waiting. Long line. Long line had patrons loitering around tables. Good breakfast but a bad experience.
Good scenery (excellent view of river and bridge) clean comfortable room, excellent continental breakfast
The lounge and the restaurant nearby closed rather early (~10:00pm). No other options for food late at night unless you order delivery
The bed was like floating on a cloud
among the many negatives of a terrible dinner ... The uncooked "baked potato" and cold medium-rare "well done" prime rib really stole the show. What a disgraceful kitchen department you have
The staff will always be able to attend to your needs, and do it readily and positively. The setting is a great treat.
cleanliness of room, great staff, good resturants and great breakfast.
The Bed was way too hard, could not sleep had to sleep on chair first nite. asked for rolling cart with bed and slept on that for 2 nites.
The Facility is in need of a major update. Location is nice but a total renovation is in order.
I loved the location. Peaceful and right on the water.
The beds could be more comfortable, but that's my only complaint.
We both enjoyed our stay tremendously, very clean room, the pool and the hot tub were awesome and the service was top notch.
Close to town, but isolated from town.
Everything about the place is wonderful the staff is excellent
The room had a bad smell, and the air conditioner would not shut off. The bathroom sink had a leak reported Friday, then fixed Sat. The pillows were bricks, and would not select to stay on my next visit, although the location was fantastic!
Convenient to my meetings at the Red Lion, but with more peace & quiet & views! The pool was clean & enjoyable. You see sunrises & sunsets, over the Columbia River. The steamed clams were delicious in the view bar/restaurant. & the staff was cheerful & helpful!
This is not a 5 star hotel. So, don't come, if you expect Posh. This is a clean, comfortable facility with a great view, good food & bar, and very friendly, helpful staff!
Pleasant location buy the river. Breakfast was OK.
