Esta muy bien ubicado a una cuadra de Union Square que es el centro comercial mas importante de la ciudad. Hay transportes variados a solo pasos de distancia. El servicio del hotel es excelente, el lugar para desayunar es un poco pequeño pero compensa con el costo es bajo si uno quiere el desayuno en el cuarto. Lo unico criticable es el servicio de internet wi-fi que es muy lento. El estacionamiento es caro pero no mas que el resto de los estacionamientos de la zona (ninguno baja de $30) el dia. Recomiendo no utilizar el auto porque verdaderamente no es necesario. Hotel recomendable y con buena relacion costo calidad El servicio de internet wi'-fi es muy lento. El lugar para desayuno es pequeño lo cual solo complica si uno tiene algun encuentro de trabajo o si viaja por negocios. |

La Habitación es amplia y cómoda. Muy confortable. Algunos Tours recomendados por el Hotel no son buenos. En particular el Tour al barrio chino con comida es caro y decepcionante. El tour a Yosemite Park es sólo el transporte, no hay guía ni recorrido en el Parque. |

The assistance of Peter on helping us get "Wicked" tickets and how the staff got to know us so quickly. We felt at home, which is very nice in a big city. Nope, all good as far as we are concerned. |

I had dinner at the restaurant and had a simple dinner of spaghetti and caprese salad. It was perfect and the waiter was great. The front desk staff was delightful - professional and friendly. I definitely would come back next time I'm in SanFrancisco. |

The room was much larger than other places I have stayed at in the city! I was pleasantly surprised. It was very nice. The men doing the car service were very speedy and great with getting things from our car! The staff seemed to be preoccupied with their own things. |

The staff was wonderful! Whenever we asked the basic touristy questions, they answered knowledgably and friendly. We never felt less than top dogs. We were there for the Giants vs. Dodgers so we weren't dressed as uptown but they treated us like we were. |

Service was friendly, quick, and got everything correct the first time. It was obvious that our business was important to them, and they made every effort to make our stay pleasureable. We used the concierge desk multiple times and they were excellent each time. Need to double-pane their windows against the street noise, especially Friday and Sat nights. We successfully combatted the noise by leaving the fan on all night. They might also look into thoroughly flushing their sewer and water lines--we had drain and water pressure issues up on the 14th floor--but not enough to dis-recommend the hotel. |

We have stayed at the hotel many times. We had a very bad experience on this visit due to the fact that they put us in a room withoutthe amenities that we have enjoyed on every prior stay E.G. desk,toaster and micro wave. They said it was because we booked a club room and they didn't have these features. They would do nothing to accomodate us and the fellow on the front dest ended up hanging up on my wife. |
