ロケーションがUnionSqの隣で便利。スタッフがフレンドリー。古いがちゃんとしたホテル。 この日は部屋が狭かった。後日アップグレードした部屋は快適。湯の出が悪い（どこでも同じ？） |

予約の部屋からアップグレードしてもらったが、価格は変わらず部屋が広くなり快適だった。 スイートを分けた部屋なので隣のTVの音が夜中に多少聞こえた |

The room was a nice size and the inside of the hotel is much nicer than you would expect-the lobby is not a good indication of the quality of the rooms. We also enjoyed the piano bar that you access on Post Street. The bathrooms are small...but clean and functional. |

Great location, on block from union square. Comfortable rooms, and much less busy than other hotels in the area. Also, a reasonable continental breakfast in the club. |

We had a lovely corner room. Well appointed. Great bathroom and amenities. Breakfast was served exactly at the time specified. Nice turndown service. Friendly and helpful staff. There was quite a bit of noise coming up from Mason Street, well into the wee hours. I would recommend asking for a room on the other side of the hotel (we were on the 12th floor and it was still loud, though it was also a Saturday night). |

Excellent room, and very pleasant service. Good location and facilities. It was a bit noisy at night because of the locaton. The breakfast was a bit hit and miss at times. |

Larger than average room which was very clean and provided tea & coffee facilities along with a microwave, toaster & fridge. Very central location just a couple of blocks from union square. hotel had no record of booking through booking.com. Then got woken at 7am on our second morning to be asked about a complimentary breakfast in our room. After speaking to reception turned out that we should have had this the day before too but there was a 'mix up' so we didn't receive it. Ate at restaurant one night which was OK but very expensive in comparison to better local restaurants. |

La Habitación es amplia y cómoda. Muy confortable. Algunos Tours recomendados por el Hotel no son buenos. En particular el Tour al barrio chino con comida es caro y decepcionante. El tour a Yosemite Park es sólo el transporte, no hay guía ni recorrido en el Parque. |
