Generally good hotel.
Breakfast offering was limited.
Cleanliness Price Staffd
Distance from airport
The staff was helpful and pleasant. The facility was clean. The bed was very comfortable
the size of the room, the location of the motel.
The rooms were very nice it was quiet and clean and a good value
The breakfast was not very good
Convenient location near highway and across the parking lot from a Cracker Barrel.
A bit shabby and run-down.
We liked that the location was just off the highway and breakfast had real eggs and waffles. Most of the places we stayed during our travels had hydrated eggs.
The slide for the pool was closed. Kids were looking forward to this.
The room was very spacious for 2 adults and three small kids. They had a room with a pull out bed which was nice so three of us didn't have to cram in one bed. I would stay again.
The dining area a bit small so if you went down for breakfast when it was busy it was hard to get around and there wasn't enough tables.
The location was good for our visit. This was our first time in MT.. visiting a son in Billings. Beds were amazingly comfortable compared to some I've had in past. Used pool only 1 time with grandsons.
Breakfast menue was same for ALL 10 days we were there although I could vary my choicees. Room used was small compared.... Sat & Sun place was full & we needed to go elsewhere for our breakfast. Husband less satisfied because he tries to watch his diet and didn't like choices.
Great pool, kind ambitious staff.
Unpleasant smell in stairwells.
The beds were awesome and firm. slept well
We arrived at 430pm--having been in the car all day coming from the Twin Cities. We were exhausted and ready to relax; however we had to wait 30-45 min for our room to be ready. A family with young kids and a dog--what? we need to sit outside and wait? Check in is supposed to be at 3. When I talked to the hostess in the morning as we checked out all I got was a pathetic, "I'm sorry, that happens"-- really? well it shouldn't. This wasn't a cheap room and i'm really disappointed.
wasn't would price
The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were clean.
Security was a little lax.
Great pool and hot spa
The room was large and well lit and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. It was our first stay at a Kelly Inn and we would definitely stay there again.
Awesome room,bed & pillows.
It was all good.
This hotel is pet friendly so apparently that mean pee stains on the carpet. The house keeping needs to learn to dust also. The room was very dirty and stinky
Night staff was great and helpfull
The morning clerk wasn't very friendly
Staff was extremely nice and facilities were clean. Breakfast was also good. Would stay there again.
location; accepts pets; price
dirty carpet, leaky faucet, bad phone cord which caused breaking up when on it, poor outlets. Chargers fell out. Nasty front desk clerk. She was not helpful and gave us attitude when asked questions. My son also got a rash from too much chlorine in the pool.
Staff was friendly. Everything looks nice. Beds were comfortable. There were several dogs.
The fold-out couch was the worst excuse for a mattress I ever saw. I had the a/c on high and an ambient noise machine going, yet I heard doors start slamming, people walking around, water running and dogs occasionally barking starting at 5am. These are normal hotel sounds, but they shouldn't be so loud. I wanted to sleep until 8pm and couldn't sleep past 5:15am. If you are a light sleeper, skip it!!
Stayed 2 different nights. First time w/xnlt breakfast. Second time, left w/no time for it, they gave me yogurt and apples. GR8!!!!!
FOOD WAS GOOD .... ROOMS WERE CLEAN... BEDS CLEAN AND VERY RESTFULL....
Hard bed Had to request for room to be cleaned Sheets not changed Staff dropped & cracked my iPad wifi slow
