The hotel was very nice. Rooms very clean, large and affordable. Staff was very friendly and the location was close enough to downtown (just a couple of minutes).....with out the downtown price.... Would stay here anytime and recommend to all!

we liked everything !!staff was kind and friendly,the breakfast buffet and happy hour were both over the top..great location to get to all the sights..highly recommend

Convenence to anywhere in Nashville

A stone was placed at Canapy B door so the security card didn't have to be used.

The Inn was conveniently located for touring Nashville. The breakfast was very good, and the complementary happy hour reception was a very nice addition.

I loved the free drinks and snacks between 5 and 7

The location was excellent it is close to both Opryland area and downtown and of course the airport. The breakfast was perfect, one less meal to worry about. For the money it was great!

The guys that work the front deal were wonderful, they were friendly and helpful. The cleaning people also were very nice. The women that work the front desk always acted like we were bothering them. Not friendly.

Comfortable, quiet, and convienant to all tourist happenings.

I think they should disclose that they are remodeling. It is kind of deceptive to me, if you know you are in the middle of remodeling to improve your facility than be up front and honest about it.

we were able to get a tour bus to pick us up right t the hotel very nice.

Under renovation. Front desk location odd. Short term issue.

Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful in getting a taxi cab for our group.

We had no idea they were remodeling so it was very noisy in the morning. We were unable to sleep in due to the work being done right outside our door.

I arrived about 2:35 and was told that rooms were not ready until 3:00. I asked then if I could go ahead and check in and come back. The lady was rude and said not until 3:00. When i got back 2 men were working, they were nice,

Everyone was really nice and we didn't have not even one complaint about our stay. It was close to where we were going to shop, eat etc. Easy to get to.

Staff, housekeeping courteous and helpful. Hot breakfast and happy hour wonderful!! : ) We'll be back next year!!

The rooms were pretty and set up nice

They were doing construction and remodeling the smell was horrible and we were never notified by booking.com my child has asthma and they would not let us leave if we did we still had to pay for one night even if it was for medical reasons very diappointed we left after one night the noise was horrible and it started at 7am will never use booking.com agian

Really good breakfast.

The floors were disgusting. There was dirt between the room and the pool I think that was what made it so dirty.

I liked the fact that they offered breakfast.

They did not disclose that construction was taking place. If they had I would have never stayed there.

Staff was very corteous, specially the front desk night girl (I forgot her name...)

Our first stay. Worked out great for events we were attending. Clean, comfortable, and a GREAT breakfast.

The hotel was small, so everything was close and easy to get to. It was much cleaner than many hotels we have stayed in. The lobby, breakfast area, and room were quite attractive and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had warm foods, such as sausages, eggs, biscuits, and gravy available.

The coffee in our room was a bit stale-tasting. But, really, we were very pleased with the hotel and our stay there. I wouldn't hesitate to book there again.

My stay was excellent. Room was clean,quiet and relaxing..

Breakfast was good.

We were awakened when someone was trying to get into our room. the front desk called and told us that they put us in the wrong room. Also they gave my daughter a room beside the elevator there were so much elevator useage that my daughter called me crying ande i gave her a pair of earplugs(didn't help much). the second day she went to the desk and rooms were changed.they walls are thin so noise is everywhere.
