Location. Nearby coffee access. We booked a room with a bed and a sofa bed...the sofa was not a pull out. The bathroom door was unable to be locked and was made up only of frosted glass. This was not the best set up for a two person business trip. |

When I booked the room I was told the rate was $89.00 for one room and $104.00 for the other room. When I checked I was billed $114.00 for each room. I told them that was not the agreed rate and they told me that was what was in the system. Either Booking. com or the Club Quarters lied about the rate. I will never use Booking.com or the Club Quarters again |

Its location was excellent for the purposes of my trip, and the attachment to the pub was very convenient. I had some electrical problems with my room that I reported after the first night. I saw no change on my second. |

The location is great for walking distance for most attractions, the hotel was very clean, attached dinning was casual and fair price. |

Self check in, cold water stations, and they had read my request and had our room the way we wanted. Thanks!!! They do in fact push two twins together to make a queen bed, and the fold- out couch was not too comfortable, but for the price and the location we were just fine. |

Ease of access to computer and printer I reserved a suite and was given a room with a fridge, a microwave and a few dishes : this is not a suite as far as I am concerned and I feel like I paid way too much for a small room that did not even have a couch or a decent place for 2 people to eat. |

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the loop. Single room with double bed was large enough for two people, and the price was excellent. |
