Great location, great price, friendly staff with clean and comfortable rooms.
Close to the main shopping areas: State Street and Michigan Avenue.
No safe, no Minibar
Not bad price for air show weekend
The staff was apologetic that none of the printers worked for the guests.
I was late to an event I was hosting because none of the printers worked in the lower level, 3rd flr or kiosk in lobby. I had to print at the check in station behind the desk. Unacceptable.
The location is perfect. The room where I stayed was a corner room. The room was clean, washroom was also clean. Mike who is hotel staff is very kind. I have an excellent impression on him.
There was no good connection state of the Internet. So I used a PC in the business center or in the club lounge.
Great location - railway stations Art Institute, iconic buildings etc - and excellent pub next door.
CBD Chicago prices.
For the price I expected a quiet room
Checked in late after a long trip and was advised that we had the last room in the place... Although not exactly what we booked weeks prior it was all there was
I thought the room was clean and comfortable, including the bed. All appliances were new and modern. The location is excellent. The staff was exceptionally friendly.
The room should have at a bare minimum, an iron and an ironing board. In addition, I asked for a late checkout, in order to get three more hours of sleep - which was impossible. The slamming of the doors and knocking on the doors by the maids brought any extra shuteye to a halt.
This was an excellent hotel. Very luxurious but not that expensive though!
5-7 mins walk to loop stations.
Would have been good to have refrigerators in rooms
It is an easy walk from Union Station and Megabus. Convenice shopping and food are close.
wifi is unstable
The staff and the place
Location and facilities were nice.
Room was very small. Bed frames seemed flimsy, not solid.
the location is in the center of the LOOP,with really close subway.Check-in &out are both convenient.A great view is also what delighted us a lot
Our king size bed was two beds put together that we're not the same height.
Our reservations on the room we booked was somehow in error, how ever Nick at the front desk should be promoted for the mannor he handled the situation Very professional and a valuble company asset!!! Wonderful job by him to make sure our stay was what we expected , would not hesitate to recommend them and would stay there again for certain ! Thanks again Nick :-)
Value was not there. Rooms, very small and prices extremely high.
The location was very convienient, the staff was very helpful and nice.
The bed was awful. I paid for a single queen, but there were two twin beds pushed together, of unequal height. They were old mattresses and poorly made. Very upset!!
I liked how friendly the staff was. I also enjoyed the fact that once checked out they still held my luggage free of charge. The water bottles were a great touch too! Loved the ability to print for free. I would definitely stay again.
It would have been nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. I was actually surprised that the bedding wasn't the most comfortable. The sheets were stiff and not cozy.
The great location is the main reason for choosing this hotel - it's right in the middle if diwntown Chicago and close to all the nain attractions.
My room was very dark, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable, and overall the experience of staying there was nothing special. Would try something else next time.
