Location n staff
Very basic facilities, no fridge, no microwave small rooms. Good for business stay not for holidays.
Good location. Free Laundry Machine.
Wi-Fi speed is slow. There are some homeless persons along Adams Street. To some extent, they scared for the foreign visitors.
great location. good service. enjoyed my stay
no safe deposite box in room
Near willis tower and Millennium park, free wifi.
Expensive parking, small room.
Nice price in a city expensive for rooms. A great location and right in the centre.
Tiny room by american standards, but beautifully appointed.
Efficient staff, good coffee in common room, very clean hotel room, responsive floor staff, very comfortable bed. Good work area and comfy chair.
Door to bath is frosted glass, not private. Had to ask for second towel and wash cloth.
Staff was very friendly. Great price. Nice amenities.
Bed was very uncomfortable.
We had a really nice cozy room. Everything was nice and clean. The staff was great and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Staff were helpful
Their was a convention in town so I paid $350 for room it was only worth half that. Everything in hotel was excellent VERY small rooms.
great location, computers available + printing facilities for free, free wifi, free coffee or tea in the basement (computer corner), parking with valet service, very quiet
no fridge where you could keep some fresh beverage
The hotel staff were great the location was spot on and I could not fault anything
it was globally great !
the TV as not in front of the bed, strange...
It was a perfectly ordinary business hotel. The facilities were adequate - free wifi, a gym - but nothing special. The place was clean but pretty worn out, and the staff were friendly but didn't exactly go out of their way.
The rate I paid was ridiculous compared to the quality of the facilities. It was the cheapest place in the Loop on the dates I was looking for, but if I'd known it was going to be such an unexceptional place then I probably would have paid a little more and gotten somewhere much nicer for the price. If you have a special corporate rate then go for it, but if you're paying a full rate stay away.
Property located right in the loop, great access to sites and transport. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Rooms are really small, but in great condition.
I wanted to see the Art Institute more than anything and the hotel is 5 minutes walk from there, but it is also extremely well situated for the Willis Tower, Metra, Union Station and other tourist attractions. I liked the 'English' pub that is attached, the food was very good and there was a good atmosphere and friendly service. Loved the walk in shower in the room and the large flat screen TV.
There is a laundrette on site but that isn't in the publicity so I only found out about it on the day I left. Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about.
Location and price, friendly receptionists, and adjoining restaurant.
Walls were too thin. We could hear the woman next to us screaming and crying.
love the location, 5 min walk from Red Line. Elevators were always ready for us. Accommodating friendly staff. If you're in Chicago for a few days, consider the 3 Day Metro pass.
the 'after hours' call from the front desk asking if we still wanted towels delivered to our room (after they saw the 'do not disturb' sign on our door ... :(
Great location just in downtown. Close to subway station, Millennium Park (about 6 minutes walking) and Wills Tower. The wifi internet worked very well during my stay. The lobby was full of people on my arrival but the check in was really quick.
The location was excellent for anyone needing access to Amtrak/Union Station (less than 15 minutes for a healthy 60-year old pulling a 48-lb. suitcase) or the cultural center (Art Museum, etc.). The room was very clean and supplied with all necessities in good order, and the morning refreshments (coffee, tea, apples, bananas, packaged breakfast bars) were much better than I expected from the website. Most of all, the staff was excellent--helpful and very informative and concurrently efficient.
The rooms are not soundproof, so my 9:30 PM late arrival followed by a late bedtime was affected by neighboring guests at 4 AM (possibly returning to a room) and 5:30 AM (probably checking out, judging by the sound of children scurrying in the hall and crying out "Mama! mama!). It was the only day of my 12-day trip in four cities that I used my earplugs.
small room the window looks directly at the wall of another building - no sun
The room size for being in the center of Chicago was great. The room was set up nicely. The staff was mostly helpful. Quick bag retrieval at the end of our stay.
Not enough pillows. Complimentary water stations outside of the elevators ran out of water bottles.
Decor , convenient location
Location and friendly front of desk staff
Noise from corridors and other rooms.
