Noise from corridors and other rooms.
room furnishings, location
The location, the service, everyone was very nice and helpful, loved the refillable waterbottles, and the computers to do your own check in
Well run facility.Helpful, friendly staff. Especially appreciated the professional support of the valet employees.
This place seems like a bargain given the price and location.
The rooms are small and there is only the option to make a small pot of coffee. For anything more you need to leave the hotel and go to a restaurant.
Excellent location, quite close to CTA blue and red lines, friendly and helpful staff, room was well equipped and clean. Wifi worked great in my room. Very comfortable bed and the room was silent, perfect for a good night sleep. I arrived at around 10am and there was a room available, they were so great at allowing me an early check-in, otherwise with the Riot Fest happening in Chicago I'd have to leave my luggage stored and be able to check-in only late at night. I can't recommend them enough, and I'll definitely look to stay there again in my next visit to Chicago.
Everything was great :)
location staff fresh water supply service
coffee machine old room was chilly but the heating system didn't seem to work
expensive for what you get
Fast, efficient service from staff. Very clean room and facilities.
The room was rather small for two people. It was a better setup for a single traveler.
I didn't know hotels still have twin beds. They were extremely small and the room even smaller. I expected a bit more for that price.
Everything you expect from business hotel very quiet at weekends
No coffee in lobby
The location was great! We walked from the train station and had no trouble getting to places from the hotel.
The room temperature was a bit difficult to regulate. It was either stagnant or too chilly.
Staff were very friendly and professional, and the location in the Loop is excellent. Bed was comfortable enough. Free wifi connection was fast and strong Free, unlimited bottled water is a nice touch.
The rooms are on the small side. A bit expensive for the size of the room.
Everything but the size of the room was wonderful. We ordered room service and they were expedient and the food was hot. We enjoyed our stay very much.
The only thing I didn't like, and this is admittedly being picky, is the size of our room. It was definitely on the small side. Everything else about our stay was wonderful.
Staff were friendly; quick efficient check in and no problem storing our luggage after check out. Central location to sights - sears tower and Art Institute etc. nice to have free wifi!
Very pricey for what you get. Having travelled across 8 states during my trip this was by far the most expensive room considering what we got for our money. Rooms on the small side - no views from window! Set up more for business users than leisure guests.
Standard of room Service from staff Extras - eg free laundry facilities Price
Proximity to locations we wanted to go.
Small room. Only supply one washcloth for two people.
We had a 4 night stay with them and when we arrived to check in at midnight, they were fully booked! I had paid in advance so was surprised and frustrated to find they have made an overbooking error. But they compensated for this quite nicely. Gave us a night stay at ULCC nearby (which was fantastic!) and we were back at Club Quarters next morning. The room was ready early and the staff was very friendly (Amy and Carlos) as well as the room service staff. The room itself is on the smaller side but not super small. Chilled water on each floor is a nice touch. The location is awesome, close to most attractions. I was given a voucher for a complementary weekend stay as well to compensate for their mistake at any of their hotels - and also complementary late check out at 3pm on the last day. Would stay there again and recommend others to do so!
When the door from the neighbouring room closed, it felt like it was our room's door (loud noise). Slightly annoying but I could live with that easily. It is just the way building is designed.
Close to multiple train stops Close to shopping and tourist attractions Free water bottles Room size was adequate and clean Staff was friendly and welcoming
Great location in the loop Nice restaurant Clean
construction noise nearby room doors are grouped and very noisy when neighbors come and go mini shower stall
Let us check in 3 hours early at noon!
I loved the pattern on the bedspread and the easy access of the hotel and the rooms
I didn't have a problem with anything
On w Adams St, conveniently between Willis Tower & Millennium Park Well-furnished facilities Prompt and helpful staff
Room booked was advertised as a double bed - it is not even close. Most rooms are single bed, with occupancy for 2. They have select few rooms which can accommodate a roller bed, but not these rooms. Parking MUST be at a specific parking deck, otherwise the hotel WILL NOT validate. For a two night stay a hefty $90 fee for parking is ridiculous. The valet group is also a 3rd party not associated with the hotel. Wi-Fi is available, but nearly unusable. It needs security access limits for guests, rather than an open network.
Great location, great price, friendly staff with clean and comfortable rooms.
