in the heart of the loop and close enough to magnificent mile
Would've liked a fridge in the room.
The room was small, but comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. it was safe to walk around day and night. Close to many bars and shopping.
Close to everythin .
Loved everything about this hotel. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. My room was comfortable and clean. Free wifi, fantastic business center & workout facility. Couldn't ask for more. I will definitely stay here my next visit and I'll look for other Club Quarters before booking accommodations on my future travels for business or pleasure.
Efficient self-service check-in; well-appointed and comfortable room; cleanliness
Way too expensive. Room was tiny, thermostat is apparently just for show, and door didn't seal or lock properly. Will not be back.
Location and very safe
Great pillows and sheets.
This isn't really a bad experience .. it was my fault. I booked a non-refundable rate .. then realized I booked the wrong weekend. Immediately tried to rectify .. called the hotel directly . but they wouldn't budge. Even airlines give you 24 hours to change/cancel an online reservation. Just a warning that these really are non-refundable!!!
Room is very well designed -- everything is logically placed, many outlets. They didn't tell me, but I think I was upgraded. Room had a microwave, fridge, stove and plenty of room. Good room darkening curtains. Can have the fan go all the time to help create white noise. Nice toiletries. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
We were greeted by Amy who was working the desk .. Immediately upon seeing it was my birthday she upgraded our room to a suite they had available... First class service, beautiful room and a great bar in the lobby well keep us coming back to this first class hotel over and over.
Queen bed made of two twin beds
Location and price
Very quiet and very nice staff.
Coffee maker in room failed to work even though lights indicated it was on and brewing. Reported twice to desk, but still did not work on third morning.
Location, location, location. clean. convenient. Restaurant next door convenient too.
The doorman need to be more alert and responsive to the customer.
Great location and cheapest parking in the Chicago Loop
Noise from adjacent doors. There's really no way to close them quietly, and some of the doors are immediately next to your room's door.
Decor (which I describe as masculine elegance!) and amenities were very good-- everything was exactly where you wanted it in the layout of the room and bathroom. Lobby and other business features were awesome. I wish I stayed longer!
Only thing I did not like was the WiFi service it seemed to roam slow in certain areas of the room. Other then that everything else was great.
I like the front desk clerks. They were very helpful and made checking in and out very easy and comfortable. The room was very clean and nicely prepared. The valet parking was appreciative and not a hassle to get done. I really like this hotel I will recommend it to all my friends and family.
Intoxicated guests were yelling and there was a fight at the lobby. Very expensive $45 valet parking
Kind staff, clean place
Nothing. Great place to get over jetlagged and go walking in a new city.
Location. Value for money. Rooms are small but more than adequate. Brilliant for tech support. Adjacent pub is good. Area is business focused so a lot of food outlets close by 7. Big choice a few blocks east near the loop station.
Great hotel, friendly staff! Checked out late but they didn't charge me and gave me time to get my bags from my room! And fantastic location
Not much of a view out of the window in our room but we weren't there much.
Stayed here both times I have attended a Bears game. Great distance from stadium and many food choices.
Friendly check-in, fitness room. The business center was big, comfortable and well equipped.
