Great location and cheapest parking in the Chicago Loop
Decor (which I describe as masculine elegance!) and amenities were very good-- everything was exactly where you wanted it in the layout of the room and bathroom. Lobby and other business features were awesome. I wish I stayed longer!
Noise from adjacent doors. There's really no way to close them quietly, and some of the doors are immediately next to your room's door.
I like the front desk clerks. They were very helpful and made checking in and out very easy and comfortable. The room was very clean and nicely prepared. The valet parking was appreciative and not a hassle to get done. I really like this hotel I will recommend it to all my friends and family.
Only thing I did not like was the WiFi service it seemed to roam slow in certain areas of the room. Other then that everything else was great.
Kind staff, clean place
Intoxicated guests were yelling and there was a fight at the lobby. Very expensive $45 valet parking
Location. Value for money. Rooms are small but more than adequate. Brilliant for tech support. Adjacent pub is good. Area is business focused so a lot of food outlets close by 7. Big choice a few blocks east near the loop station.
Nothing. Great place to get over jetlagged and go walking in a new city.
Great hotel, friendly staff! Checked out late but they didn't charge me and gave me time to get my bags from my room! And fantastic location
Stayed here both times I have attended a Bears game. Great distance from stadium and many food choices.
Not much of a view out of the window in our room but we weren't there much.
Friendly check-in, fitness room. The business center was big, comfortable and well equipped.
Extra security with use of elevator key. Location excellent for touring city.
Lobby staff not personable for most part. Lobby staff not helpful when questioned about local restaurants and entertainment.
Great location for the price
The room next door to me was, i think, used for house keeping. The door constantly banged closed from 9am. I mentioned to a manager in my way out who did not seem to think it an issue at all. Noise carries through the hotel easily, being next door to it was quite unpleasant. I would not go back or recommend to others.
Friendly staff Wonderful bottled water Fast elevators Central location
No temperature control in the room. We stayed there November 7th, and our room was over 80 degrees and couldn't be altered. We were uncomfortably hot the entire time. We were informed upon checkout that the A/C gets shut off in October, therefore no way to cool your room down.
Everything at Club Quarters was outstanding. Each time I called down to the front desk to ask for anything, while I was occasionally put on hold, the response to my needs was very quick. The best thing was that I forgot several items in a drawer and they immediately sent them on to me home within a day! I will stay there again and absolutely recommend them.
There is nothing I didn't like.
room and position
room was small but v well set up so that had lots of available desk and drawer space; v nice. staff was exceptional; v clean; great to have filtered water;
the espresso machine was broken for a day and the reg coffee "ain't great"-- and w/ broken machine no hot water alternative. suggest (strongly) -- there is no reason not to have real half-and-half instead of the fake soy stuff (allergic to soy anyway, but that stuff tastes awful). suggest (strongly) -- put out a bit of protein in the am; not just sugar granola bars and fruit-- just a bit-- summary: need good coffee and cream; need a bit of protein (the starbucks next door doesn't do well in this regard either); then the place would be near perfect. note: the pub next door is 'ok not great food'-- food was mediocre and service was mostly below average, altho for my 4th meal there i had a great server. it's downtown, but in lousy weather, busy work time, late in evening, would be nice to have a bit better food in pub ;-)
clean and a pub next door
Club Quarters provides extra services at no cost: filtered water, lattes, fruit--you can even request an air purifier and humidifier for your room! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It's a business hotel--so don't expect luxury--but if you want1 to get work done, this is the place to go
Would love it if there were a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.
We liked the price, the adjacent restaurant (Elephant and Castle) and the location. Starbucks next door was convenient as well. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat, based on the price and the location.
The walls were paper thin. A couple of drunks next door woke us up at about 2 a.m. when then came back to their room. They hung out yelling about how great the evening was for a while, and then of course they got in a fight. The woman left, but had to come back for her charger. Great to hear their drama at 3 a.m. Not.
The on-site Elephant & Castle pub/restaurant was excellent as was the location.
Rooms were small, way smaller than expected, not what we viewed online. Location was ok but prices should be better for smaller rooms.
favorable price, friendly staff
small space, not Kleenex tissue in bathroom
Nice hotel, very central. No breakfast included which is a shame.. room was a little small but nice and tidy. Expensive for what it is compared to other cities but I guess average price by Chicago standards. Lovely and very helpful front desk staff.
Small rooms, no fridge in the room.
The location was great. Although the room was small it was fine for two people. Comfortable bed.
Poor value for money. Small room, run down, and could use a bit of a refresh. The room smelt rather stale.
- location in Chicago town - reasonable costs - wi-fi in bedroom - sound isolated bedroom - comfortable lounge with coffee and tea for free
- no breakfast - no parking
The location of the hotel was excellent, just a block to any of the metro lines. It is also nicely located in walking distance to many of the sites. Staff friendly and helpful.
Walls a little thin, can hear running water from adjacent rooms and guest conversing in the hallway as they pass by your room. Still a great place to stay!
