綺麗な部屋・バスルームでした。また、エレベーター前に設置されている給水機も大変重宝しました。 使用した石鹸が補充されなかった・・・。同じホテルの別室に宿泊した同僚には補充されていたので、些細なミ- スかな。他には何も悪い点はありません。 |

The close proximity of things that applied to me. The area felt safe Plenty - It was nice when you entered he lobby then it stopped there. The front desk person did not seem knowlegable about anything nor did attempt to answer our questions. We actually went into another hotel concierge's and got wonderful service!! When we went into the rooms the heat/air did not seem to work . Also there was a constant noise that kept us awake all night. Then finally in the morning at 6:00 A.M. we could her the bang of the next door and the maid cleaning! :-( Very dissapointed |

ease of checking in (we were on the late side); comfortable room; we needed extra towels and these were brought promptly; Elephant and Crown restaurant close by was very good. great location ( near Michigan avenue) |

The location When we arrived, they did not have our reservation and could find no record of it from Booking.com. I will leave that up to you to investigate. Fortunate for us we saved all of our e-mails and confirmations with Booking and this got us in but CQ was concerned about the rate and we were apparently paying much lower than they were charging others. Another shocker was that when we got in the room and flipped on the TV to check the weather forecast, one of the channels had hard core pornography on it, it was CH 47 and it was extreme. Not pleasant. |

Approvisionnement d'eau en bouteille a volonte. Wifi disponible partout dans l'hotel. Tres tres bon rapport qualite-prix. Via booking, hotel de luxe pour un prix tres raisonable. Personnel de l'hotel tres serviable. Malgre le systeme electronique de check-in, le personnel de l'hotel le fait a votre place si vous preferer. Tres bon accueil. Hotel de premier choix |

Location within Chicago was good for sightseeing, shopping, dinning and attending shows. I booked and paid for a triple room but the room was hardly fit for two. With the second bed opened we could hardly get into the bathroom. The rest of my family (11) stayed in various other hotels in the city which were far more comfortable and had cheaper rates. |

The closness to Grant Park for Rock N' Roll run. Also handy to get to McCormick Place. It was very clean. Staff was friendy and efficient. I'll give the hotel first consideration if I do the run next year - and for other visits to Chicago. Rate & Location was my reason for selecting this hotel. Not really. The room was on the small side, but it was fine for just me. If my wife came with me, it could be crowded. |

The room was nice, lots of business amenities like printing A little overpriced but nice. draconian check out rules - 30 minutes late = $30 fee so I am glad I asked first. Also, the hotel bar (elephant and castle) is really loud. I wanted somewhere quiet to sit and have a pint and unwind after a long flight. Not only was this impossible, but after being seated and served, I was moved (to an even louder part of the bar) by a host who said that I did not register for the table (registry is at the door to the street, not the door that you enter from the hotel). It would be nice if they had alcohol served in their lounge |

The close proximity to attactions like the Sears Tower. The front desk staff was friendly We had booked & paid for a kitchenfette. The room was tiny & when the hideabed folded out, you had to crawl over it to get to the bathroom. Their idea of kitchnette was a small fridge in a cupboard |
