Great location. Great rates. Restaurant on the premises - open all day. Comfortable in all aspects. Very clean and upscale. Quiet.

Limited counter/storage space in the bathroom

Staff were absolutley fantastic, warm greeting every time we entered or exited. Tamika was the sweetest! Room had all the facilities needed for a city break. Location of hotel is perfect for seeing Chicago and also close to blue line train to get to other areas. Would highly recommend!

Restaurant music is a little loud in the front, but I had a room in the back on my second stay that was divine!

Great staff at reception, very good room, surprisingly inexpensive for central hotel. Location could hardly be bettered. Ability to print onsite unexpected and very helpful. Only ate once at the adjoining (and presumably related) pub - atmosphere not really to my taste but food better than expected.

Poor shower, no hairdryer provided, instructions for heating/cooling not very obvious.Not made clear that it was primarily a business hotel. Need to use room key for elevator a bit clumsy and not really a secure option if many people use at the same time.

I agree with the other comments that this hotel is budget friendly and centrally located. It is very convenient for the business traveler.

The rooms were on the small side as others have commented. While front desk staff are friendly, other staff is inattentive to guest requests. It took several phone calls to get fresh towels.

It's centralized location to wrigley field and the united center, plus Michigan ave. and good restaurants

You do need to be careful with where you go and what you do and at what time it is with it being downtown and there's always things you should keep your eye on to stay safe

There was only a sliding door between the room and the bathroom, which allowed for very little privacy. The sheets were a little softer than sandpaper. We only had one hand towel and one washcloth when we got to the room. I could go on. I'm very disappointed with this hotel and will not stay there again.

The website said close to navy pier and other locations....I Found they were not within walking distance. That was a let down... Also there was multiple hairs found in the bed..both on the sheets and the comforter. That was gross but not as disgusting as the, what seemed to be, pubic hairs found in the shower. We will not be staying here again due to the lack of cleaning between customers.

Perfect location near resturants, stores, various train lines, and around the corner from our office which I needed to access. The staff was very courteous and efficient. The hotel was clean and the amenities were just what I needed. I could not have asked for a better package.

Great Location, very close to blue line jackson station. Can very easily accessed from Ohio Airport. It takes about 45 mins.

The air conditioner noise is very loud.

Very Central location, just by Willis Tower (Formally Sears Tower). Easy access to city. Closest cta Station was Jackson, 3 minutes’ walk away. My room was comfortable, clean and very quiet, ideal for me. Efficient and helpful staff.

Minor issue. It took a long time to retrieve my left luggage from a storage room. Fortunately I had plenty of time to get to the airport so this was a very minor issue for me.

The location: really close to Union Station and very easy to find. I walked everywhere. I was able to check in early, which was wonderful as I took an early morning train from Detroit and it was great to be able to freshen up before going out exploring. Complimentary water by the lift. Tea & coffee in the room. Free and reliable internet. The pub downstairs was a friendly and busy place with decent food. I felt the hotel provided good value for money.

If there had been 2 of us, the room would have been a bit cramped but it was perfect for a solo traveller (I picked the smallest, cheapest offer). I'd have liked a bath as well as a shower but the water pressure was fine.

Location, it was perfect for the trip we planned.

On Saturday, we went out at 10:30AM and returned at 3:00PM for a rest before dinner was yet to be cleaned. We spent some time in the member lounge while our room was cleaned.
