Very nice executive suite - excellent value for the money... Huge, nice... Great deal through booking.com - go for that suite! My suite had 2 tvs but the wiring was dysfunctional so neither remote worked thus I had to turn on the tv and change channels manually! An engineer came to determine this and when I reported the next day to the front desk, they didn't seem very concerned even about repairing it for the next guest! Also, construction outside was loud on a Sat A.M. - so request an upper floor or back room if it's still going on |

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Price was good for Manhattan, and the regular weekend rate is good. Location was better than I expected, but not great for subway access and access to much of the city. |

I stayed in a single person room and found it to be perfectly adequate and comfortable. I liked the filtered water dispenser in the hall. The coffee maker made decent coffee. I really have no complaints. I did have to have a new room key made twice. That's about the only thing that went wrong. |

Free water bottles with water dispenser on each floor. Air conditioning was not initially turned on, so room was pretty muggy. If you're staying for more than a few days, not a lot of room for hang up clothes. No irons in room, have to go to common closet on floor. Took forever to get bag left with bellboy. |

It is just next to Wall Street so perfect location if you're doing business in the area. Quite far from 5th Ave. And main shopping areas. Some new parts in the room that makes in modern, I liked the bathroom solution and the space. A bit noice from the outside, but it is city centre. Just a few minutes walk from Ground Zero. Restaurant was closed due to A/C-renovation but that was ok. |

It was conveniently located, just off Wall Street. Subway was one block away. Great breakfast and lunch places within walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The front desk personnel were not very welcoming and barely looked up or acknowledged us as we came and went. Zero personality. |

The hotel has a very nice location in the financial district. It is much more quiet than the midtown, yet the hotel is so close to several metro stations that you can be there in only few minutes. Many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. 10 min walking distance to the Battery Park, where you can take a ferry to the Statue of Liberty. Free purified/chilled water. The heating system/airco was very noisy. If you leave it operating during the night, it will most likely wake you up every time it goes on from idle. It is better to turn it on only when needed (it heats up the room rather fast). The cleanliness of the bathroom varied over my stay. |

Decent size room, clean, coffee maker, modern decor. Convenient location for subway, downtown attractions.Public areas with fruit, coffee/tea/biscuits available, also public computers/internet, printer. Decent lounge. Level of service dropped on Fri/Sat/Sun - 'nice little touches' such as fruit/refreshments etc removed over weekend because - presumably - then it's 'just tourists' who don't 'deserve' such things. Price was the same, though! Sound insulation between rooms not great. |

Location is great, next to several nice restaurants and in a nice area of Manhattan (Financial District). Subway is literally 30 feet away from the hotel entrance, allows you to go anywhere in midtown for just $2. Hotel is nice, though rooms are small, but the interior is nice and service is great. |

It was great... Not to far from home, but perfect for the getaway that we needed. The only down side was getting back to reality... |

A good sized room for New York, great location, easy access to everywhere, shop right opposite for refreshments etc as there was no bar/ mini bar. Price of the breakfast; the hotel was expensive as it is, but it was worth it. However, I thought breakfast should have been included. |
