Great location, just off Wall Street with a Subway station on the corner. Room was larger than expected and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and we had a really peaceful sleep. There was always coffee and cold drinks available in the lounge and a coffee machine was also in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definately use Club Quarters Wall Street again.

Everything about this hotel was awesome, value for the money, convenience, staff helpfulness, cleanliness, amenities. This is geared for a business traveler, but this worked very well for us and our family from Ohio last weekend. I have always stayed farther north in NYC, but will definitely look at staying here again. Convenient to the 9/11 memorial, battery park, and Pier 17.

Coffee machine in the lobby, filtered water on every floor, free wifi, use of computers and printers. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Great Downtown location - two blocks from wtc, a few blocks from Chinatown and Little Italy. Great place to stay for a New York weekend.

The hotel has free coffee, drinks and snacks. Great location with Wall Street metro station really close by.

The Bed for the third person was uncomfortable. The Room was small

I loved the bottled water service- they provided purified, cold water from a fountain with plastic bottles.

I like the location ( near family) and the price.

I find the down comforter too hot with no alternative . A light cotton blanket would be nice alternative. Also only one washcloth in the room.

the workout equipment was a bit run down my room was on the third floor right outside the ice machine :(

I booked the room for another person and when he showed up, he was told they did not have his reservation and he had to put the room on his credit card.

This is not the first time I've stayed here or at other Club Quarters. I always find them to be comfortable, have all the amenities I need, in great locations and budget-friendly. The staff were very helpful and check in/out were a snap! I'll return with no hesitation.

The heating system in my room was very noisy when it cycled on which caused me to wake up several times during the night.

This is our second visit to CQ/Wall St. Location is convenient to our son in Brooklyn and other sites uptown. Subways just a short walk. We loved the rooms - large, comfortable with frig and micro. And staff (especially Bridgett!) have always been super accommodating. Through online booking, we've gotten some great deals this gem. They'll be seeing us again!

The weather...rainy and wet...but not too cold, considering it's Feb.

great service! They provide me a refridgerator and a microwave in room, every one is always smiling. The position is very convenient, just a few steps to subway.

the location and the price

Lower Manhattan is a great location and is a quiet area. Subway stops are extremely close. This hotel is clean and staff is generally helpful.

The lower floors do not get much daylight. The heating is too noisy to keep on during the night. Bathroom door is a sliding door with gaps.

Excellent customer service! We have never been treated with such kindness!

position is great - on a corner of Wall street, easy to walk to the 9/11 monument. loved the possibility to fill a bottle with purified water in the corridor...

Room i booked was supposed to be small double and small it was. The air conditioning was so noisy that could not be used for more than 30 min and it was end of November... For some reason the wardrobe didn't have a top?

I chose this hotel because it was the most affordable in the location I wanted. Basically we were in the city celebrating my husband's birthday and it was close to where our daughter and son-in-law live. So we were just there to sleep overnight and it was comfortable enough for that purpose.
