Room information

289 elegant rooms. Elevators are operated by guest key cards. All rooms have soundproof windows and well-lit work desks. Rooms also include maple-finish furniture, upholstered armchairs, dual-line cordless phones, and video-game consoles. Bathrooms have showers only.

Area information

Located in the center of historic New York, Club Quarters, at 52 William Street (between Pine Street and Wall Street), is just a short walk from the Stock Exchange, the South Sea Seaport, the ferry to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, as well as Battery Park and Bowling Green. Nearby neighborhoods include Tribeca, Little Italy, SOHO, NOHO, and Chinatown.

J, M, or Z Trains to Broad Street stop
4 or 5 Trains to Wall Street stop

Well located. Very comfortable

Before leaving NYC We left our bags in the hotel for a walk.We took 25 minutes to get them back .

I came in on the Red eye bus and I felt disgusting. I had intended to just drop off my stuff and go since it was before check in time but they set me up with a room in the pent house right away.

The room was a little small but considerable for the price and the fact that it is in New York.

Excellent value for money: location, comfort and stuff are really great! The hotel has a nice lounge with computer access and provides room service from a good choice of restaurants in town.

Convenient location to where I was working, just a few blocks away. The room was very clean and just about the right size. I've stayed in smaller rooms for more $. Free bottled water was a nice touch.

The room was very nicely decorated and clean. Amenities included free access to several computers hooked to the Internet and free bottled water. Hotel staff was accommodating when we wanted to change the last night of our stay to move closer to Midtown.

Location is somewhat far from the center of many activities and restaurants, especially during the weekend when Wall Street is closed.

Staff was very polite and helpful. You can keep your luggage with them
once you check-out and still have to walk around in nyc to come back and
pick it later in the day. Purified water available on every floor -
something I personally value a lot since I drink a lot of water before,
during and immediately after my sleep - and always have this problem
with other hotels. You can order from Chinese, Indian, and Japanese
restaurants nearby - food was delivered in about 45 minutes and charge
was added to my bill with only a $2.5 service charge - very convenient
if you don't have time or are tired. Stone's throw distance from Wall
St, Broad St, and Broadway. Pharmacy right opposite the hotel entrance.

The first evening/night, the shower did not have hot water, though it
was fine the next morning. Other than bed-side lamps, the only light in
the room was a very dim one... May be they are trying to save on their
electricity bill... But the bathroom had exactly 10 times more light!!
The room was much smaller... But at the cost... You wont get (and need)
anything bigger in downtown manhattan.

Convenient location, close to everything I need for a business trip. Good size rooms. Very quiet location.

Heater was a little noisy during late hours of the night.
