The hotel was one of the best I've ever stayed at. It was neat and clean, the staff was exceptionally nice and went out of there way to do whatever needed to help you out and were always so cheerful. The hotel was also excelent because it was in a financial district so it was quiet at night yet it was just a couple blocks from all of the tourist attractions and places of interest. Fantastic hotel ! ! |

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the rooms were spotless. The room facilities were also great. I felt that the "paired rooms" were a little too close to the next guest, especially when they are entering and leaving their rooms you can hear them quite clearly. |

This was a wonderful place to stay if you are interested in seeing the history of Boston and the USA. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The free water dispenser was great. Having a microwave and small fridg at no cost was a big bonus. We went to NY after Boston and boy do we miss our hotel!! Staying at the Club Quarters was an overall great experience. Thanks to all the staff. |

Good location at the cente of Boston's tourist sights. Very efficient and helpfull staff. The Elephant and Castle pub located on site was a real bonus. |

Front desk staff was very accomodating with restaurant recommendations, et cetera. In particular Beverly Daughty (sic) was an exceelent concierge and made our stay very comfortable. |

The hotel was very well situated for sight-seeing and shopping. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lack of stair access to the rooms, rooms could only be reached via the lift which as I am claustrophobic I try to avoid lifts. The staff did offer to escort me up the fire stairs, but I felt a burden requesting this everytime I went upstairs and so used the lift. It seems mad to me waiting for a lift to go up one flight of stairs! |

The location is excellent. The standard room size was really good. The staff was really nice and helpful. Internet access is free of charge. In this room category, I expect a little more attention to the cleanliness but I guess our europeen expectations are higher. The windows are awful. |

The location was excellent,close to underground shops. It was very convienent to have laundry facilities in the room.The view from the 40th floor was wonderful, the room was pleasant, the furniture comfortable. As it was a self catering apartment, an address for a nearby supermarket would have been valuable. |

Downtown location is outstanding! Plus only 2 blocks from T station. Decent bar/restaurant adjacent to hotel. Had room on backside of hotel. Small window, minimal natural light. |

For us the location was great - close to the t, close to some tourist stuff and some shopping and good restaurants. The price, for a graduation weekend was excellent! How do I explain this? The room was clean- the bed, the carpet, the bathroom. But it was quite dusty in a some spots like the nightstand and desk and the window looking out on the street was filthy (on the outside) like it hadnt been cleaned in years. Note though, that overall I would definitely book this room again. |

Service associates at the registration desk were outstanding. They assisted with luggage storage and delivery to room to accomodate our early arrival. Ammenities were simple, but comfortable, adequate and spotless. The least expensive rooms are quite small. |

The location was wonderfull, within walking distance of the majority of the tourist attractions and yet beside the shopping areas.The bar (english pub) was very convenient for the required holiday pick me up now and then. When in Boston club quarters almost a must. |
