Location-Great! - easy walk to Marketplace, North End, Boston Garden - all w/i 15 minutes. Fast Check in - Great! Coffee machine in lobby-Great! Very clean, efficient rooms. Everything we needed was there (good quality towels, coffee maker, refrigerator, water station w/ bottles in halls)
Chair in room a bit tattered, hall rugs dated - but the good news-according to staff - they are updating during slow season - starting with lower floors (we were on 10). So - that solves that!
The location was close to the subway, financial district, and Fenuil Hall and local Irish pubs. We really enjoyed both, this hotel and the area around it. Go for it!
Nothing at all
bed v comfy free wifi free water
staff unable to answer easy questions about the hotel hairdryer hung by toilet, using it smelled like pee!!!!
Coffee facilities in the lobby Staff particularly - always very professional and helpful Location Rooms fine
When the second bed was pulled out, there was literally no room to get by. We had to move furniture. Fine when the couch was reinstated.
The location was excellent, close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having the restaurant/bar connected to the hotel. It was great for breakfast and a drink after touring.
On our floor (9th floor) the wallpaper right outside the elevator was ripped and nothing was done during our stay. It was not appealing. In our daughter's room the walls and furniture were banged up.
Good value for money Storage of suitcase after check-out
If I have to note 1 thing: I didn't bring my 220->110V adaptor in order to charge my devices. At the reception they were not very helpful figuring out where I could get one (I assume that I wasn't the first one).
Clean, efficient, professional staff, good value for the price.
Public parking is expensive.
- The location was great! We were talking distance to everything! - There is a bar/restaurant next door that you do not even need to go outside to access -rooms were very clean and comfortable. - free water at the end of the hall, and additional free coffee/cappuccino in the lobby
- At one point we left our door a little opened so that our friend down the hall would be able to come in. A maintenance man knocked once and walked in without waiting for me to give permission. (we never even called for the maintenance man) - We used the valet car service. I wish they told us there was a garage option close by that we could do ourselves for 10 dollars cheaper a day (and walking distance) -walls very thing, you could hear your neighbors
great location, nice lobby, workout room, and great that it's connected to a restaurant for breakfast.
rooms need to be cleaned up-scraped up walls, dirty carpets, dated shower, needs new linens, and wallpaper peeling in hallways-left hanging.
Everything is here for a great stay. First time I stayed for 20 days this time 2. Easy access to the subway and all tourist spots. Subway from airport to 100 Myers from hotel . Try it you will find it hard to get better.
pillow free WiFi location club room
Perfect location, nice, clean apartment.
Limited room size for 4 people but it is OK for a short stay.
It was walking distance to many sites in the areas.
Slow on getting the rooms cleaned.
location cheaper than other downtown hotels parking nearby, also cheaper than other downtown hotels attached restaurant was convenient staff was very helpful & efficient
2nd floor room was near elevator and ice machine and above loading area - people in & out all night so a very restless night's sleep. I'd stay again but would request a room on higher floor
Easy location, pub food next door very handy
All good no complaints.
The room was comfortable and clean. Temperature was ok, is only to set up automatic. Staff was great. The best is the location, a few blocks to the Harbor, Aquarium, Faneuil hall and Boston Common. Lot of cafes, restaurants and pubs in walking distance. Safe and elegant neighborhood close to historical Boston!
The hotel does not offer breakfast, so it is a little expensive.
Nice room on the corner and comfortable.
Breakfast isn't included in price.
We were 5-10 minutes away from everything we had planned. The staff was great and always answered my questions. I love the "living room"! We did valet parking just because I didn't want to deal with it and it was great. There was absolutely nothing wrong with this stay except for the fact that my teenage son didn't want to leave the room because it was so comfortable.
Nothing, we liked everything.
From 11 to 3 am during the week is trash pickup very loud. If your a lite sleeper bring head phones
Really liked the pub/bar and easy walk to the Commons and Washington St shopping.
Showers tiles need attention, evidence of mold.
The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to the center of Boston and a lot of its sites. The rooms are neat and comfortable and have what you need for a short stay. The rate is excellent for the quality of the stay.
Although we found the room comfortable and cozy, some who like prefer frills may find it too small or sparse. Short stays okay, long stays may be an issue.
The Food in the associated Restaurant was bad. Des burgers tasteless Eggs
Comfy bed, hotel staff, hotel within walking distance to all sights and shops
Adjoining restaurant staff rude
Everything that you want in a hotel is what you get here. Great location, great staff, one in particular member of the staff ( Arim) could not do enough for you it was obvious he loves his job he should run for president. Going back in January recommend this place to everyone.
