Everything that you want in a hotel is what you get here. Great location, great staff, one in particular member of the staff ( Arim) could not do enough for you it was obvious he loves his job he should run for president. Going back in January recommend this place to everyone.
Very well located near all central landmarks and facilities. English pub next door was fine but fairly noisy with high pitched voices.
The rooms are very narrow. We say that " you could not swing a cat in the room" and that is a fact.
Loved the price and pub on main level
Apron arrival the bathroom was dirty. Hair on the floor and toilet was dirty.
Perfect location Very good free WiFi Free "snacks" and coffee in the morning Free fresh water in each floor
Room is run down and we had to ask for bath soap and toilet paper for neither was to be found in the room. The thought that came to my mind was this room was not cleaned properly. Not a good feeling.
Elephant & Castle Pub right next door with discount if charging meals to room. Centre of Boston - just a few mins walk from south station
Wow what a great hotel downtown Great location great bar n restaurant. The only place we will ever stay when we visit Boston thank you club quarters. Amazing staff . Amazing stay!
We enjoyed everything. It was all perfect
Room was great and bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
We loved the location of this hotel. We were just minutes from Quincy Market and Downtown Crossing. The staff was very accomodating -offering a map and coffee. Our room was clean and modern, perfect for our one night stay. The price was so reasonable that we are already planning a return trip!
My only complaint was the firmness of the bed. Too hard for these old bones!
Room was fine and location of hotel was good.
Booked as a group of 4. Arrived and were put into a "4 person" room which was in fact a double bed with a very small single sofa bed. Asked to be moved to a 4 person room and reception said they didn't have any but they would make an exception for us and bring us a spare bed (Despite booking for 4, checking in as a 4 and getting 4 keys...). We asked to split the room on our cards and the receptionist did so but as we were checking out we were double-charged. The staff member said it would be refunded instantly, 2 weeks later, we are still waiting for our money back. Our banks each say they haven't received anything from Club Quarters to be refunded. I have called to ask why and the receptionist said she was "very busy" and asked if she could call me back - clearly customer satisfaction post-stay isn't high on the Club Quarters priority list. Very dissapointed.
I loved the central location
Price, location, coffee tea and snacks available during the day.
I was awakened more than once by trash trucks collecting trash on Arch Street at 2:15 am!
I was awaken at 11:45 PM on Thanksgiving night by noise from a fist fight in the hallway right outside my door.
Great hotel, they provide purified water on each floor, which is good if you finish your bottle in the middle of the night. The wifi works great. And there are many Others positive aspect.
Clean, excellent location, nice staff, beatiful view
Everything was perfer.
Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Nothing to complain about, really.
The view from our room was okay, but not amazing: the hotel is in the midst of some very tall buildings and the only thing to see is the other buildings.
The staff was excellent, the room was very clean and somewhat updated.
They were renovating the downstairs business center, grinding concrete, they temporarily located the business facility right when we got there due to the renovation, we could not use this area to print documents or our flight itinerary or boarding passes for travel.Tristine was very helpful and let us use the hotel front desk computer, she was a sweetheart.
Great location, staff were very friendly altogether a great hotel
The lounge area was only set up for during the week people (water, snacks etc). We felt that it should be available during weekends also
loved bottles for drinking water in th ehallways, bed, room, everything
a security deposit got stuck somewhere between my card and hotel( no help from hotel on this matter
Position Friendliness of staff
Position Free Bottles for Water Staff
Just surprised that the room is much smaller than what's on the picture. The supposed "kitchenette" is just a very small counter near the bathroom w/ microwave & coffee maker.
cleanliness clearly not a high priority for this hotel
