The location, staff and facilities were just right for our needs for an overnight in Boston. Thanks!
If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel (for Boston) this is a great place to stay. It's clean and quiet in a great area close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.
the location was excellent. the staff were excellent. the restaurant was a nice convenience.
the room 1113 was two small, asked to be moved but they could not. the air conditioner did not operate well. bathroom needs an update. menu in restaurant needs more variety.
The hotel is well located to transport and attractions such as the city and restaurants.
Although comfortable there are no frills. It is located in a declining area of town and access is now via a back ally as main street doors are locked. Vagrants are constantly seen in the area.
Price, location, staff, computer and printer available for guest use. Appreciated early check-in, late checkout.
Drawers needed, especially for a stay of several nights or longer. Fluorescent light much too bright in bathroom. Pillows a strange shape, so could have been more comfortable.
Great location. Complimentary water & coffee.
The attached pub was very enjoyable.
The location was superb--close to the usual tourist sights and quick t-line trips to the foodie destinations we sought. Service was fast and amicable.
The overall hotel was clean and well maintained; however, the cleaning of our room seemed rushed (think random hairs), our drains were semi-clogged, and our duvet smelled. Plus room was smaller than expected.
Location was Fantastic - very central to get around the Boston area, wonderful restaurants nearby (Merchant); friendly and helpful staff; nice lobby with coffee/snacks, small but decent room
Tiny entry way - difficult to haul luggage through door; automated check in & out (Staff was available); bed a little uncomfortable (too firm)
Searched for many weeks to find a hotel that was affordable; close to attractions and clean. Club Quarters met all the challenges. Very very good location, staff was amazing and even though the rooms were quite small, they were very well organized and the smallest was no problem. Would def stay here again!!!
There wasn't anything that I did not like!!!
The location, the staff, the facility. Small room but for the money well worth the stay.
Great location near centre of Boston. Instant wi-fi. Free snacks and coffee and cold drinks 24/7.
Nice hotel, perfect location, beautiful design. Opportunity to use the restaurant/pub next door for breakfast and diner (10% discount).
Location, bed, shower, restaurants, TV
Everything was fine, parking is a pain in Boston
We spent three days here including a Saturday night. And the pub from the first floor was really really partying and noisy until 1:30am. The wifi in the room is not working more than half of the time. And when it is working, it's really weak.
Location was great. Appreciated guest lounge with coffee, tea and internet provided at no extra cost.
Location was perfect for us to walk to all the attractions and subway
Bed was not the most comfortable
Location is perfect.
1) Location is super! It's within walking distance to Freedom Trail, 5 min to metro station; there are lots of cafes and restaurants around. 2) Great amenities in the hotel: free potable water, coffee maker, hot water for making tea, additional pillows and blankets if necessary; 3) Staff is really helpful; 4) 10% discount in the next restaurant; 5) Convenient bed, comfortable pillows and quite neighborhood! 6) Free Wi-Fi.
The price is not the lowest. However we decided to book this hotel although there were some cheaper options. We never regretted!
The concierge girl was rude and unhelpful, morover she gave us wrong informations
Central location, spacious room (we had a suite), good lounge area and wifi.
No breakfast. Also we wrote in the 'extra comments' section of our booking that we required 3 separate beds. The hotel did not let us know that they could not do this until we arrived - I would have expected as a courtesy that we would have been told ahead of time (we booked months ago) that this was not possible.
Excellent value form the money. Premium location, close to everything. The staff is extremely accommodating. Small, hotel with all the amenities that I needed. Will be back.
There was noise in my room which I could not ascertain for certain where it originated , but my conclusion is that it was from the adjacent rooms, even the shower. The noise insulation must be poor. Luckily it was tolerable.
Breakfast at the Rest next door sucks! Probably nothing to do with the Hotel, but since you have a direct link and even a door that connects the lobby to the Rest, I am taking the liberty to communicate this. Will never go to that Rest again.
location, wifi, equipment, service
price, and the size of room
I stayed in this hotel for the second time, I like it. Location is perfect: Quincy Market and Freedom Trail path are very close to the hotel.
Not a minus, just for information: hotel doesn't have breakfast, but the pub next to the hotel has nice breakfast for reasonable price.
