We could walk to everything! Great room, common room was handy and did the job, highly recommended for the independent traveller.

Great coffee service in the morning. Convenient walking distance to Faneuil Hall, and the central downtown area.

Expensive. But then everything in downtown Boston is expensive.

Within walking distance of subway stop. Nice restaurant right next door.

Elephant and Castle restaurant attaches to it - mediocre food, noisy, terrible music, not so hot service

The location was very central, excellent travel links. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The bar next door was excellent. Great value for money!

Hotel is very good. Has dining with the attached english styled pub (Elephant and Castle) a little on the pricey side but not over the top for cost. Perfectly situated. Close to the "t" (the underground) shops just 2 blocks in one direction. 1 block from State street. Minutes in either direction and there is something to see. People in hotel very pleasant and helpful. Lots to see and do and area very clean. Will stay there again if in Boston.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything. As a runner in the Boston Marathon, it was a little bit of a walk back from the race, but for the price, it was worth it. Rooms were very clean. There was ice cold bottled water whenever you wanted it. The hotel staff was very attentive and polite.

The rooms are small but it was all we needed for the weekend.

Friendly and helpful hotel staff. It was good that we did not have to pay in advance.

We were family with two older children. The extra bed was not good because of the springs. The children did not sleep well.

Great location. I traveled with my kids, and we wanted to experience Quincy Market and the aquarium, and this hotel is a great location for both. The hotel has a great living room area, with computers, and my kids enjoyed sitting in the chairs and reading and writing until it was bedtime. I liked the water machine on our floor, too. It was my first time in Boston, and staff were great with helping me, with giving us all maps. I plan on coming back to go to the other museums in Boston and would return to Club Quarters!

The only thing that was tricky for me was because I was driving into Boston, I was depending on my gps, and once in the city, my gps was telling me to go down one-way streets that I couldn't go down, and so it took over 20 minutes to find Club Quarters. So, if you're using a gps, just be aware that it may not work once you get in the city. The hotel is tucked away, so it's tricky to find too. Since I used Google maps, I knew exactly what it looked like, so that helped me to find it, once I was on Devonshire Street!

Staff was great. Elephant & Castle next door connected was a great plus and the purified water stations on each floor was also a great addition. Not to mention centrally located and less than a 10 minute walk to everything basically

The only gripe I have is really no direction beforehand from the hotel as far as where to pull car in front of place to unload as it was a very limited area and I received a ticket while in the hotel for less than 3 minutes in order for them to valet park my car !!
