The location was very good for us. We were attending the Final Four Tournament. I though that Houston did a good job making the visitor feel welcomed. My only negative comment is the hotel rate was $85 of the website, but I was charged $109 plus tax. I have not contacted the hotel about this issue.

Good for a short stay. Room was small and cozy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything smelled of smoke; the hallways, the room, the linens. I had requested a non-smoking room.

This place was almost perfect. Very centrally located, spotless clean, reasonably priced. It's for sure more a business hotel than a leisure one, but this is pretty obvious since it is right downtown. The room was a little small but I had chosen the most economical one, so I knew that would have been the case. For one person it's perfect, even for two it could work alright. The staff was professional although a bit "detached" but being a business hotel I can see this happening. The only downside was that there was no safe in the room and at the lobby they couldn't take my pc in their safe. So I had to leave the "do not disturb" sign out the door all day to make sure nobody came in to the room

- Highly friendly and helpful staff at reception. - Location is highly convenient and walkable to my office, reduced all my travel time - Food delivery from other restaurants including Bombay Pizza etc is a very good idea - Complimentary water in the floor was highly useful - Welcome message from CEO is awesome - Room too small - Restaurant menu options are too few for dinner

Front desk staff friendly Quiet Small room but comfortable for just one person - and all you need is somewhere to sleep and shower price was right liked the chilled water and free coffee internet access Too far to walk to the Convention Center if that's where you are going to attend a conference/convention a little dicey for walking in the evenings/night in the immediate area (solo female traveler) a lot of construction around the hotel

It was ok I had to pay for parking and there was no parking on the street. Plus it wasn't convenient to any of the museums I went to.

Good location downtown, nice hotel. Parking is $18 a night for in and out service. If you are going to park and leave your car without needing it, try one of the parking lots in the area. However, if you'll need the use of your car, you're probably best off using the hotel's valet parking service.

- Good location in downtown; - value for money through Booking.com. - Parking $18/per day + tax. And 90% of public parking were closed in Saturday/Sunday. And one of them try to cheat me (official price is 5$, but machine of parking was closed and price for guest of Club Quaters was 10$). I prefer to pay more in Hotel, - who knows what I will see in the morning after last proposal?!

The location was convenient for my destination The room was difficult to enter due to the angel of the doorway in the angled hallway. I was on the 9th floor and the ice machine was on the 1st floor. The comforter would slide off of the bed if you move while sleeping.

The check went very smoothly! They even changed our room when I had requested a upper floor to where it would be quieter. They added linens, moved the sofa to accommodate a third person in the suite. I had made a mistake for the first booking and had a room for Jan. 21St instead of the 28ith. They just called it a no show even after I had rebooked it. It was an honest mistake which shouldn't have happened but they were just called it a no show! The bartender in the hotel bar was rude. They didn't have the beer or liquor requested and made a remark,"We would be a distributor not just a bar if we could accommodate everyone taste" We felt he really didn't want the business!.

I was pleasantly surprised, considering the price and the neighborhood. The room was comfortable, clean and cozy- reminded me of being on a train - the staff was pleasant, the food was excellent. Everything was well done, and I was relieved that there was none of the fakey poshness you find in many chains. Looks like they put their money into the right things and also save their customers paying for the useless ones.
