We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. It was very clean and the staff were professional and friendly. However, we would like to say how disappointed we were in respect of the breakfast. The service was poor, the food was not good and the prices were extremely high. We had what was called a 'continental breakfast' but there was no bread or yoghurt. The selection of cereal was small and the oatmeal tasted strange. We could hardly believe what this very small and poor breakfast cost us. |

Location was great. I am basically unfamiliar with the city. The hotel is close to several venues I had heard about and wanted to visit (restaurants, pubs and Kimmel Center). Staff (all I came into contact with were cordial and helpful) patiently gave me directions and other information I sought. |

The staff was pleasant. The room I paid for was for 3p . The stuck me in a small room for 1p, without the amenities that were listed under my reservation and so my companions could not come. When I informed them of this they told me they could not do anything about it. The following morning I left for my conference and when I returned I could not get into my room. I found out at 11:00 pm that my room was changed to what I had actually paid for. My belongings were transferred unbenounced to me and they threw away some of my belongings that wasn't packed. I informed them that it wasn't packed because no one informed me that I was being moved to the appropriate room. It was a nightmare. Then the apologies started and of course no compensation for their errors. |

The rooms are extremely tiny. I felt claustraphobic in our original room. We had to pay 15 dollars extra for an upgrade that wasn't much better. And the city traffic noise is horrible--kept us up all night..... |

location is really great! hotel is ok, but staff.... is "confused"... on the day of arrivall (ok, it was very late) they did not really know that we are on the guest list, gave us wrong rooms (smoking for nonsmoker, one bedded room for family with 2 kids, one got the room with guests already in it....) |

The location was excellent and the absence of noise from other rooms We were in the 8th floor and we could hear the street (but nor problems for sleeping), I wonder how it would be for those in the 2nd floor... |

Location is good and the kitchenette was also good. Thank you for the wine on the second day! First room had malfunctioning climate control (air conditioning and no air) and the refrigerator wouldn't work. We had to leave room at 2:30 a.m. for another room. In the second room the basin in the bathroom did not drain properly. Housekeeper was told but nothing happened. |

Check in, wrong information when asked, desk employees did not know information of local eating places.what time breakfast was served or menu. Ice available on the 12th floor only. Rooms like closets. Elevators very slow. Seemed like a low class transit hotel. Would never stay there or tell anyone about it. No one available to take luggage. Parking / loading opposite hotel always full with parkers for extended time.unable to unload baggage in front of hotel had to carry from parking garage due to heavy traffic on small street. |
