No bell hop when I drove up and wireless internet connection did not work.

Loved the facilities! The lobby/club area was actually appealing as a place to hang out, everyone looked comfortable and professional. Read:safe. Loved the filtered water dispensers. Room was perfect for my purpose, laid out with function in mind yet still attractive. Everything was spotless and fresh. Will be staying again, and have already booked my stay next month.

Love the constant improvements. New snack area/self serve coffee bar are in the main lobby is a very nice touch during the week.

Sometime you need to call if you want to be sure house keeping does your room by the time you get back. Even sometimes when you notify front desk, it doesn't get properly communicated resulting in them not showing up. But they always will accommodate, apologize, and work diligently to get it resolved for you.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were small could hear vaccuming and cleaning going on before 10am.

Great location and wonderful facilities. Loved the coffee stop in the lounge area where people could congregate and read or chat. Restaurant very good but book ahead as it was booked out on our arrival.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel is three-stars superior. Coffee and other soft drinks were offered free off charge in the lobby. My wife and I enjoyed an excellent diner at the Davios restaurant that is connected to the hotel.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and courteous. Had doors held open, staff always greeted and said hello. Staff always asked if needed assistance. Loved the charm and decor of hotel and great location.

I ran 30 minutes past check out due to an exam al a local college and had to pay 35 dollars but if I wanted to I could of stayed until 3. So in a sense it was not a bad or negative experience r/t the charge.

Non confident at all , bad smell room, non comfortable bed , dum room, small bathroom, uncomfortable sofa, generally we could not feel comfortable , I will recommended any body stay there

Very nice, large, comfortable lobby. The room and bathroom were small, but clean and functional.

A great deal of horn honking on Chestnut Street. It did quiet down reasonably early.

They charged us twice, arguing with us its only "just in case" deposit - of course it wasn't! Once my bank released the money, they charged me AGAIN for the same amount!

Amazing staff. Absolutely loved the room.

Having to use your key for the elevators. It was annoying.
