Club Quarters Midtown -Times Square

La situación en el centro de Nueva York. Buena comunicación con cualquier parte de la ciudad por el metro.

Muy mal servicio por parte del personal (mala atención a los clientes, pocas ganas de ayudar, falta de idiomas, etc.). No recomendaria este hotel a nadie, dado que la información al respecto que figura en la web site de booking.com no corresponde al nivel de este hotel, ni a sus servicios.

La situación y la sala de estar

El día de entrada nos asignaron una habitación pequeñísima con una cama para una persona. Impresentable. Al día siguiente nos asignaron otra mejor.

We like to stay at the midtown Club Quarters any time we travel to NYC. Its clean, fairly priced, and close to Times Square.

The a/c was annoying, very loud and not working properly

We had an executive suite which was very comfortable and clean. Location is perfect and hotel is very quiet apart from the noise from the aircon. We had a fridge and microwave in our room which was useful. Bed was large and comfortable and plenty of space for storing clothes etc. Hair dryer is good quality. Good value pricewise and would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Could not get the pay per view movies to work in room. Contacted reception but still did not work. I don't expect impeccable service as it's not that type of hotel. Infact, one of the reasons I like Club Quarters is that you don't have to deal with people too much. However, the front of house staff were inconsistent. Some were helpful and friendly others would not even say good morning/good evening. I don't want to be their best friend, but surely they could muster up a simple hello? Could not get the self-serve check out to work either. (this looks like I struggle with technology, I really don't!)

Excellent service, although the Bar wasn't amazing and staff there were a little unhelpful but on the whole very good. Booking early gave us the executive suite which was very nice and bigger than a standard room. The addition of the free wifi in the room really helped as did access to the PC's downstairs to print boarding passes etc.

The rate was excellent as well as the room. You can't beat the location especially for the price we received. I liked the way a guest could easily access extra coffee, creamer, towels, etc. without a hassle or problem.

The hotel is near the theater district and Times Square, so It's the best place to see the N.Y.City.

Good hotels for location and amenities. Wi-Fi speed is good and rooms are clean and simple.

Location itself is a little bit noisy. And sounds from other rooms are not able to block.
