La situación en el centro de Nueva York. Buena comunicación con cualquier parte de la ciudad por el metro. Muy mal servicio por parte del personal (mala atención a los clientes, pocas ganas de ayudar, falta de idiomas, etc.). No recomendaria este hotel a nadie, dado que la información al respecto que figura en la web site de booking.com no corresponde al nivel de este hotel, ni a sus servicios. |

Es muy centrico para poder caminar y ver a New York , me senti segura en mi corta estancia , ademas de que mi laptop la deje olvidada en el Hotel y este excelente personal me la aseguro y quedaron en enviarla por correo , le estoy muy agradecida , pues pense que la habia perdido y al saber que ustedes la guardaron pude disfrutar con mas tranquilidadlo que me quedaba de mis vacaciones. No hablo mucho ingles y no habia personal q hablara espanol al menos al momento que hice mi check in , lo demas estuvo excelente. |

The hotel was placed two blocks from time square and two blocks from 5th avenue for the perfect shopping experience the staff in the hotel had no interest in helping with anything. You would be lucky if they even looked at you. The room smelt of cigarette smoke badly, all they did was spray air freshner. You could hear the outside air conditioning units louder than the ones in the room |

Perfect hotel! I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Great location (two blocks from Times Square) and very comfortable. Room was really clean. And it's cheap for a Manhattan hotel. You cannot get private bath for this money in another Manhattan hotel. Absolutely nothing. |

The facilities are great for business travelers. The room I booked was not the room I was given as they had overbooked. The staff was unapologetic about this mistake, downgraded the room from a studio to a standard and was unable to refund any of the payment price to my credit card. Their reconciliation procedure needs some work. |

The location of the hotel was excellent and ideally situated for sightseeing, shopping and eating out with all these things being a short walk away. We had a suite and the rooms were comfortable and clean (apart from the net curtains!) with a fridge and microwave provided. The rooms were nicely refurbished and, although not huge, we had plenty of space. The staff at the reception desk did their job but it was far from being service with a smile. |

Location was fantastic, you really were in the middle of it all, heard no traffic, our suite was great, bed comfy, bathroom a little on the small side, but wasn't a problem. te reviews are spot on regarding the staff, they really are rude, i went with an open mind but i can honestly say, you felt like you was an inconvenience to them, i asked if they could call us a taxi, the man behind the desk said very bluntly 'no, do it yourself, i dont do that' okay, staff really let this place down, they all got out of bed the wrong side the whole five days we were there, its a... |

The hotel is very well located. We can do our ckeckout lonely by a machine and don´t have to wait for anybody in the reception. Me and my family had the same reservation but there room were very different from mine. There room were a suite with a frigoobar. I payed the same but it was not a suite and there wasn´t frigobar. |

Will definitely stay there again. Finally good value for money in NY. Fantastic location between 5th ave and Times Square. Clean decoration with new facilities (bedroom). Common areas are not impressive. People at the reception are not very helpful but you dont really need them as you can check in and out in machines. |
