Nous étions deux soeurs et avons eu la chance d'avoir une suite soit deux chambres séparées par un sas les 808 et 809, à recommander pour deux couples par exemples car c'est le même prix 204 dollar la nuit taxes comprises le 25 mai 09 pour une semaine. Accès internet au salon illimié Le bruit de la clim. Nous donnions sur une cour comme souvent à nyc et les ventilations sont assez bruyantes mais supportables pour dormir sans problème. |

ayant beneficié d'un tarif promotionnel de par ma reservation par internet, je me suis interrogée pour savoir si la qualité de l'accueil : sourire, amabilité, gentillesse supposait d'avoir réglé un tarif plus élevé pour cet etablissement par ailleurs d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix au regard des prestations et de la situation geographique. la qualité de l'accueil : froid, tout juste poli sans etre aimable, dommage..la connaissance de au moins une langue étrangère pour chaque employé(e) serait un plus indeniable pour un hotel de cette qualite dans une ville comme NY |

Enregistrement et paiement extrêmement simples et rapides par automate, avec assistance du personnel. Excellente situation de l'hotel. Petit déjeuner américain avec buffet varié d'un prix correct. Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour la suite pour 2 que nous avions réservé. Hotel calme. Nous avons regretté que la porte de séparation entre le salon et la chambre ait été enlevée. Cela aurait complètement isolé la chambre du couloir. |

Très propre, très bien situé près d'Union Square, décoration soignée La chambre était très sombre (une toute petite fenêtre ne donnait guère de lumière) le chauffage dysfonctionnait. |

Perfect hotel! I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Great location (two blocks from Times Square) and very comfortable. Room was really clean. And it's cheap for a Manhattan hotel. You cannot get private bath for this money in another Manhattan hotel. Absolutely nothing. |

The facilities are great for business travelers. The room I booked was not the room I was given as they had overbooked. The staff was unapologetic about this mistake, downgraded the room from a studio to a standard and was unable to refund any of the payment price to my credit card. Their reconciliation procedure needs some work. |

The location of the hotel was excellent and ideally situated for sightseeing, shopping and eating out with all these things being a short walk away. We had a suite and the rooms were comfortable and clean (apart from the net curtains!) with a fridge and microwave provided. The rooms were nicely refurbished and, although not huge, we had plenty of space. The staff at the reception desk did their job but it was far from being service with a smile. |

Location was fantastic, you really were in the middle of it all, heard no traffic, our suite was great, bed comfy, bathroom a little on the small side, but wasn't a problem. te reviews are spot on regarding the staff, they really are rude, i went with an open mind but i can honestly say, you felt like you was an inconvenience to them, i asked if they could call us a taxi, the man behind the desk said very bluntly 'no, do it yourself, i dont do that' okay, staff really let this place down, they all got out of bed the wrong side the whole five days we were there, its a... |

The hotel is very well located. We can do our ckeckout lonely by a machine and don´t have to wait for anybody in the reception. Me and my family had the same reservation but there room were very different from mine. There room were a suite with a frigoobar. I payed the same but it was not a suite and there wasn´t frigobar. |

Will definitely stay there again. Finally good value for money in NY. Fantastic location between 5th ave and Times Square. Clean decoration with new facilities (bedroom). Common areas are not impressive. People at the reception are not very helpful but you dont really need them as you can check in and out in machines. |

The convenience to everything. The room was very comfortable, not large, but a place for everything, and spotlessly clean. Bar service is advertised till 11:00, but I have found more than once that is not the case |

It was situated hear Times Square which made it very convenient for walking either up or down town, it was also surrounded by great diners for breakfast and dinner The bedroom was small walking round the bed was a challenge there was only a coffee makers and no kettle in the room and onlly one sachet of coffee per day. |

This hotel has a great location,close to Times Square.Lots of restaurants and bars around(especially friendly Irish pubs) The price of this hotel was good for the location. I wish the hotel had a safe in the room. |

the location of the hotel yes, the roll up bed which was not mentioned when i made the reservation. it was mentioned a studio for 3 persons, and i badly suprised when i got the tiny room and i had to aks for the 3rd bed, which happened to be a roll up bed! |

Location is excellent a few step from times square The manager gave us a room for two when we had booked a studio for three. We had to complain and change of room two times before getting what we had booked. Dishonest and not friendly manager at all! |
