Hôtel très bien situé entre la 5ème et Time square. En face de l'hôtel très bon endroit pour prendre un petit déjeuner (cher à l'hôtel!) Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 personne, en fait, à notre notre grande surprise nous avons eu un très bon lit et un canapé lit bien petit, peu confortable. Heureusement que nos deux dormeurs avaient 17 et 6 ans... Impossible pour un couple. |

prestation hôtelière de très bonne qualité. Situé à 20 min à pied de Penn Station, à 5 min Central Station et 10 min du Marriott Marquis et son buffet au restaurant tournant panoramique à Times Square. Idéalement situé pour visiter New York et sortir le soir la clim un peu bruyante |

Nous étions deux soeurs et avons eu la chance d'avoir une suite soit deux chambres séparées par un sas les 808 et 809, à recommander pour deux couples par exemples car c'est le même prix 204 dollar la nuit taxes comprises le 25 mai 09 pour une semaine. Accès internet au salon illimié Le bruit de la clim. Nous donnions sur une cour comme souvent à nyc et les ventilations sont assez bruyantes mais supportables pour dormir sans problème. |

ayant beneficié d'un tarif promotionnel de par ma reservation par internet, je me suis interrogée pour savoir si la qualité de l'accueil : sourire, amabilité, gentillesse supposait d'avoir réglé un tarif plus élevé pour cet etablissement par ailleurs d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix au regard des prestations et de la situation geographique. la qualité de l'accueil : froid, tout juste poli sans etre aimable, dommage..la connaissance de au moins une langue étrangère pour chaque employé(e) serait un plus indeniable pour un hotel de cette qualite dans une ville comme NY |

Enregistrement et paiement extrêmement simples et rapides par automate, avec assistance du personnel. Excellente situation de l'hotel. Petit déjeuner américain avec buffet varié d'un prix correct. Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour la suite pour 2 que nous avions réservé. Hotel calme. Nous avons regretté que la porte de séparation entre le salon et la chambre ait été enlevée. Cela aurait complètement isolé la chambre du couloir. |

Très propre, très bien situé près d'Union Square, décoration soignée La chambre était très sombre (une toute petite fenêtre ne donnait guère de lumière) le chauffage dysfonctionnait. |

Room was clean and tidy, furniture was a bit dated, but happy that it was clean. Bathroom was very clean and up to date. The location is fantastic, 3 mins walk to the main attractions on times sq, 15 mins walk to Macys. Lots of fab restaurants and broadway theaters around. Fab deli accross the road for breakfast, Great Irish pub just up the road with nice food. All in all, I would definatly stay there again. |

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were cleaned to perfection. The facilities were really good and the location of the hotel was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to people. |

Personal touch to room, e.g. bookshelf with books. Furnished in a less standardised way than most hotel rooms. Had room in 4th floor looking over some sort of extractor machine. Not a nice view and rather noisy. |

We had an executive suite which was very comfortable and clean. Location is perfect and hotel is very quiet apart from the noise from the aircon. We had a fridge and microwave in our room which was useful. Bed was large and comfortable and plenty of space for storing clothes etc. Hair dryer is good quality. Good value pricewise and would have no hesitation in staying there again. Could not get the pay per view movies to work in room. Contacted reception but still did not work. I don't expect impeccable service as it's not that type of hotel. Infact, one of the reasons I like Club Quarters is that you don't have to deal with people too much. However, the front of house staff were inconsistent. Some were helpful and friendly others would not even say good morning/good evening. I don't want to be their best friend, but surely they could muster up a simple hello? Could not get the self-serve check out to work either. (this looks like I struggle with technology, I really don't!) |

Excellent service, although the Bar wasn't amazing and staff there were a little unhelpful but on the whole very good. Booking early gave us the executive suite which was very nice and bigger than a standard room. The addition of the free wifi in the room really helped as did access to the PC's downstairs to print boarding passes etc. |

The rate was excellent as well as the room. You can't beat the location especially for the price we received. I liked the way a guest could easily access extra coffee, creamer, towels, etc. without a hassle or problem. |

Location Was on the 3rd floor. All the air conditioning units were outside my windows. Constant humming noise! Not the most restfull room. |

Good hotels for location and amenities. Wi-Fi speed is good and rooms are clean and simple. Location itself is a little bit noisy. And sounds from other rooms are not able to block. |
