nette kamers, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, fantastische ligging om te stad te verkennen, wij hebben alles te voet kunnen doen. we sliepen aan de achterkant van het hotel waardoor we geen last hadden van eventueel straatlawaai maar de motor van de airco op de binnenkoer zorgde voor een constant lawaai wat soms storend was. |

zeer proper, en zeer goed gelegen vlak bij 5th avenue en times square onvriendelijk personeel aan de receptie, het andere personeel was zeer behulpzaam |

Erg mooie hotelkamer in het hartje van Manhattan. Gewoon goed! Als ik dan toch wat moet verzinnen: lift was wat gammel, halve straat lag open wegens wegwerkzaamheden (voetgangerspad is gewoon begaanbaar), geen ontbijt inbegrepen. Dit zijn natuurlijk hele kleine minpuntjes. |

1e nacht mooie kamer, maar uitkijkend op een binnenhof, hierdoor hele slechte luchtkwaliteit. We kregen voor de volgende 4 nachten een andere kamer aangeboden, die uitkeek op het empire state building en perfect was. Dit ging heel gemakkelijk, super!! ligging van de kamer de 1e nacht |

Lekker centraal gelegen op loopafstand van 5th Avenue en Times Square met een prima deli er tegenover. Prijs-kwaliteit goed. Had veel positieve reacties gelezen over het personeel. Dit kan in ieder geval niet slaan op één van de receptionistes: chagrijnig en alles te veel. Jammer, zeker als je haar als eerste tegenkomt. |

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were cleaned to perfection. The facilities were really good and the location of the hotel was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to people. |

Personal touch to room, e.g. bookshelf with books. Furnished in a less standardised way than most hotel rooms. Had room in 4th floor looking over some sort of extractor machine. Not a nice view and rather noisy. |

We had an executive suite which was very comfortable and clean. Location is perfect and hotel is very quiet apart from the noise from the aircon. We had a fridge and microwave in our room which was useful. Bed was large and comfortable and plenty of space for storing clothes etc. Hair dryer is good quality. Good value pricewise and would have no hesitation in staying there again. Could not get the pay per view movies to work in room. Contacted reception but still did not work. I don't expect impeccable service as it's not that type of hotel. Infact, one of the reasons I like Club Quarters is that you don't have to deal with people too much. However, the front of house staff were inconsistent. Some were helpful and friendly others would not even say good morning/good evening. I don't want to be their best friend, but surely they could muster up a simple hello? Could not get the self-serve check out to work either. (this looks like I struggle with technology, I really don't!) |

Excellent service, although the Bar wasn't amazing and staff there were a little unhelpful but on the whole very good. Booking early gave us the executive suite which was very nice and bigger than a standard room. The addition of the free wifi in the room really helped as did access to the PC's downstairs to print boarding passes etc. |

The rate was excellent as well as the room. You can't beat the location especially for the price we received. I liked the way a guest could easily access extra coffee, creamer, towels, etc. without a hassle or problem. |

Location Was on the 3rd floor. All the air conditioning units were outside my windows. Constant humming noise! Not the most restfull room. |

Good hotels for location and amenities. Wi-Fi speed is good and rooms are clean and simple. Location itself is a little bit noisy. And sounds from other rooms are not able to block. |
