Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff, good value for Midtown New York. Attractive modern decor, rooms generally good-sized for New York.

The sunny rooms facing 45th St. tend to be noisy because of the NY trash collection and deliveries at night and early morning, but the quieter rooms on the back tend to be dark. Opt for a front room and run the AC to help mask noise.

In the center of Times Square

Location, just a couple of minutes from Time Square, close to subway too.

Venting, AC or mini window to very dense / loud area behind the building.

The location is good for the city tour (the bys tours start at Time square), shopping on 5th Avenue and Theatre District (Broadway Shows). The personnel was helpful, free water, iron on eack floor.

The hotel itself is old, the rooms do have everything you need but not exceeding. I can't call the room comfortable, though for a weekend trip is fine. The bed was small ( was supposed to be a double bed), no closet, no bath tub, only shower. One day they just didn't clean the room and change towels, was frustrating. The location is good enough if you're visiting nyc the first time or you're on business trip. Other then that, I prefer Soho and Greenwich Village neighbourhoods.

The location was great! Located between 5th avenue for shopping and Time Square. Also great location for the theaters-walked to Gershwin Theater for a show. Room was nice, and the free botttled water was a plus. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very friendly - Very close to all attractions that we were looking for. Very easy to find.

The only issue we had was the temp in the room - However as soon as I called the front desk it was fixed within 10 minutes.

I love this hotel, we stayed last year and had a great time. We will most certainly be back next year.

Great location, good rooms friendly service

Location of Club Quarters is wonderful. Easy access to taxis, the subway and for myself on foot, made my travel options to meetings very easy.

This room was superficially clean, the heating system did not turn off causing over heating of the room. I have had these problems before.

The location is hard to beat

The location, just a few blocks from Times Square, was the main reason for selecting Club Quarters. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was ready an hour before check in time, which allowed us to put our bags down.

It exactly fit my expectations

Location! Location! Location! The room was clean and nice. The hot water worked fine. The staff was very professional and friendly. They have purified drinking water available on the guest floors. Housekeeping responded quickly to requests for extra coffee and pillows. The location is excellent. It is walking distance to Penn Station, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Central Park. We even walked the 37 blocks right up 5th Ave. To The Metropolitan Museum of Art! There are plenty of great restaurants nearby for all tastes and budgets. The subway is close, and there is a bus stop on the corner. What more could you ask for!?

The exercise room was small, it consisted of a treadmill and some medicine balls. I understand that they have limited space, but when you visit Manhattan you usually walk a lot. Why not put an orbital, rowing, stair, or universal machine in the exercise room rather than a treadmill? Frankly, the treadmill seemed like a waste of space for a hotel in Manhattan. I also would have liked to have a small refrigerator in my room.
