Location is great. Room and facilities are new, modern and clean. Very
functional. Give you the feeling of having a small private suite in the
middle of midtown nyc.

Rooms are too small. Ventilation is poor.

I loved the location, which was superb!!

I found that the hotel was not cleaned to the standard!

The accessibility to the sites, and the free bottled water.

the evening staff was rude, the sheets had holes, and the shower had someone else's hair still in it.

Great location. Clean room. Big enough for a person or a couple. One of
the two elevator kept going out of service.

When checking in I was told that rooms were full, even with my
confirmation.They told me to go to sister hotel at 45th street. But the
location of this hotel, next to Rockfeller Center, was what I looked for
so I argued for a while. Then a woman came out from the office and
"somehow" found 3rooms available. I suspected they were fishing customer
with discount price to fill their group.

The location was excellent and the room was very very clean and smelt good and clean

You reception counter too small , too busy the hall way . One of two employees knew what she was talking about

Location of hotel

some TV channels were fuzzy and unwatchable... and these were major stations such as NBC (the one I watch most). No other complaints - very nice hotel.

Excellent location, no frills reception but clean, bright well kitted out rooms. Would stay there again!
