Location and quality of the room

Great location in the heart of the Financial District, within easy walking distance to the Embarcadaro and Chinatown. Staff was outstanding-- attentive, polite, and intelligent. Rooms are clean, functional, and well- appointed; although they aren't huge, the first floor lounge makes for a very pleasant place to sit and chat with a small group. I would happily stay here again.

Location, security, price

When booking this trip, we were mainly concerned with price and location. On booking.com it says the hotel is .3 miles from Pier 39. Not true...more like a mile. We didn't want to cab it but ended up paying for a cab several times. Also, the rooms were much smaller than the pictures we looked at on the hotels website and the beds were too firm. Our room's toilet lid was broken in half - not sure why they would give us a room that had "issues." Aslo..everything is computerized - no personalization when checking in/out.

Great location, wifi, staff

This was my second time in this hotel - I always book a suite with kitchenette to have breakfast and some diners in the room - rooms have decent size for San Francisco, the equipment is there and the service is absolutely perfect - any request is treated within 10 minutes. The lounge downstairs with free coffee and free internet in the room is very much appreciated - location is just perfect close to embarcadero, trams and metros. I would return there next time no problem

You need to ask for a room backyard otherwise you might have the noise from the street traffic

Service and clean

Well designed room.

Make the easy chair in the room more comfortable. A higher back might help.Also, a foot stool to put your feet up.

Rooms were clean, except for some minor mold around shower stall. Relatively quiet environment for a city hotel. This was our fourth visit to the Club Quarters, and we will use this hotel again for future trips into San Francisco. What we liked best was the fast check-in/check-out service (no waiting) and the courteous staff.

If anything? That's what I call a programmed question! I've been in very few hotels that I'd rate as perfect. However, having stated that, in the four times I've visited the Club Quarters, I have had absolutely no dislikes or complaints, which is why I keeping coming back. It's a good place to stay! My only dislike this time around was the mold around the shower basin. No big deal! I'm just one of those persons who insist on providing meticulous housekeeping procedures when I'm spending my dollars on a room.

Great location and great value. Well-designed, clean room and friendly, knowledgeable staff - exceeded my expectations.

Clean, functional, close to the Embarcadero - perhaps not luxury but perfect for a city stay. Staff were great and moved me to a higher floor above the street noise without prompting.

Nothing, occasional police siren and foghorn noises but that's just the location, and weren't loud enough to bother me.

It was extremely convenient to the office location for my business meetings, close to a great variety of restaurants (or room service if desired), and shopping at the Embarcaderos if desired. The availability of unlimited purified drinking water on each floor, coffee both in room and in the living room on 1st floor. Restful, convenient and reasonably priced all made for a great stay.
