Easy access to my place of business Cigarette smoke into my room (I was in a non-smoking floor and room). No bathtub in the regular rooms (only available in suites). |

For the price, it was an extremely nice hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful No conditioner in bathroom. Special rates require membership not readily available. The day it took to dry out the lounge. |

centrally located, convenient distance from most of city's attractions, comfortable stay, all the essential facilities yes, the hotel staff did not provide information regarding transport options to the SFO airport - I was only informed about the shuttle service whereas subway was available for 1/3rd of the price. I thought that was very wrong. They should tell all the options and let the customers decide which one to take. |

it is budget for travellers hotel did not show right record about my check in date. staff just asked me to call booking.com and no intention to give me helping hand. they finally charge me one more night without prior notice and try to hide it until last minute during my check out. |

Safe and clean location in financial district. Easy to get to most city atractions on foot in just couple minutes. Always easy to find because is located next to Pyramid Bank (tallest building in the town). Rooms are quiet, clean and WiFi is free of charge. Hotel garage is not available. Parking at public garage for 34$ per day is expensive and no available discounts for hotel guests |

It was close to my location I booked a standard room which included a queen size bed. However, when I arrived at hotel my room had two twin size beds. I did not realize hotels still had twin beds. It was very uncomfortable and almost rolled off the bed. At times my feet where hanging at the end of the bed and I'm only 5'2". |

Great location, reasonable price. Rooms were clean and equipped with everything we needed. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The lounge area downstairs was great for socializing. |
