Location Helpful staff
The rooms looked old. Sink in the livingroom instead of in the bathroom, seemed a little odd. Breakfast not included.
Location was perfect for walking everywhere-staff was very accomodating and switched us to a nicer room with a view with no hassles.
More towels please!
this was the cheapest room I could get in the immediate area and the quality of the room was great. Only stayed two nights.
For the price you really can't beat this place.
I booked for two beds at the booking. However the room had only one bed. Requested two beds via room service. On the way out, the lady at the lobby asked us if someone brought a bed. I said No. I told her that they can put a bed in the room while we are out. When we came back 5 hours later, we did not see another bed. We were so tired, so my coworker and I share a bed and went asleep.
Very good location, good price for such comfort
The window in my room was enabled to open - there has been an air conditioning though. Due to the fact that it was rather small room, there has been no fresh air. I was alone in a double room. I cannot imagine that 2 people can stay there.
Lobby coffee service and floor water dispenser.
The lack of parking lot.
Bad smell in room
The room is too small and I had some issue with the window
My favorite part about the stay was being able to order room service that came from the restaurants located in the lobby. Delicious!
Charged an extra $20 per night for having a 3rd person in a 1 bedroom suite (for up to 4 people) however only 2 towels in the bathroom - still only 2 towels in the bathroom the second night even when housekeeping knew there were 3 of us in the room. Feels like a rabbit-warren with lots of narrow corridors Rooms are functional without character In the business district so nearby coffee shops /cafes had all closed when we arrived mid-evening all meals have to be taken externally
No places nearby for food. Small rooms
good location, clean
a weird smell in my room, maybe a remainder of a previous smoking time? Minimum support from the actual reception. Check-in is done at a machine with assistance from a dedicated employee.
The huge suite, the staff, the low stress.
Wifi needs to be stronger as it would go in and out.
Walking distance from downtown, market st, piers and fushermans wharf. You can use a computer and a printer for no extra cost. Elephant and Castle is located next to the hotel and you can charge the bill to your room.
Wifi could be better.
The staff are friendly esp. Courtney in the front office. We were traveling with 2 bookings & she placed the 2 rooms adjacent to each other per our request.Check in & check out process was easy & convenient.Aaron from front office was also very helpful in answering our questions. Thanks!
Walking into the lobby, talking to the front staff and going up to the room, Club Quarters feels like a brand new boutique hotel without paying an arm and a leg. Free wifi, free coffee, bottles with free water. Even the fellow travelers are courteous and friendly. Very nice find, and thanks, booking.com.
No rest rooms in the lobby area.
All is perfect. Location, room, staff, free laundry, wifi
If I really have to find something bad, I would say, no fridge and the wifi connexion isn't secure. But my stay was great anyway!
Location and styling of the room
Value for money, you don't get much
Parking was expensive
Express check-in. Lovely staff. Hotel full of amenities (free laundry, fitness room, lobby with the possibility to use pc, free internet, free coffee, water and fruits during all the day). Ten minutes by walking to Union Square. The room was equipped with kitchen, refrigerator and lots of devices. Very close to the Sightseeing Bus stop.
Small bathroom and without windows.
Very good localisation (walking distance to most atractions) Good conditions
Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Good TV.
No comfortable chair to sit on and relax. Desk chair doesn't suffice.
The perfect location, the wifi, the room
