I love the suites with the private balconies they have everything you need. I also love the room service.
The only negative would be that you can't order mixed drinks to your room.
Outstanding location within walking distance of many SF attractions. Good pub downstairs. Quiet. Six blocks from train station.
View was of a side street but not everyone can have a waterfront view!
Upgraded, and if I wasn't I would pay the $25 on arrival. It's worth it. Clean. Friendly staff. Good house keeping. Small but equipped gym. Laundry downstairs. Refillable water and ice.
Great location only a 10 min walk from Powell street. Free coffee available in the lobby area all day. Very clean.
Wifi Clean room Location
Windows cannot be opened
Nice size room with separate living room with desk and kitchenette.
value quick check-in and check out location staff
The bathroom left a little to be desired. Reminded me of something like a cruise ship bathroom and only looked mostly clean. Size of the room was small. Really didn't care for the shared doorway area. Combo of bathroom and entrance = dorm. Noisy, thin walls.
Location, Staff was nice. Good Wi-fi connection.
Noisy. I could hear people next door talking and listening to radio, dirty floor had not been vacuumed. Small. Bed very uncomfortable - dipped on one side.
Access to endless water that you bottle yourself. Easy self check-in that is like a kiosk at the airport. Relatively spacious (queen bed) room. Friendly (enough) staff
Not enough towels in the room. Carpets need to be steam-cleaned No opening windows...not even a crack
Comfy bed. 24 Hr Coffee. Location
price room is small
Room is small.I can't open the windows.Expensive!
city center walking distance to restaurants
Purified water (and bottles!) and office stations available for free. The pub downstairs was nice.
Very small room for the price (even for a small room this was pretty small). The overall feeling of the accomodation floors was a bit claustrophobic, long and narrow hallways.
Definitely caters to business types who need a home base. I liked it for it's location and access to Bart and great walking distance to many attractions.
They were not easy to get ahold of when I had a discrepancy in my check out bill vs what was charged to my credit card.
Location was excellent, walking distance to Chinatown, good local bars and also the BART. Clean and comfortable room, staff were very helpful and courteous.
Room was a little on the small side but to be expected in a centrally located hotel, not a big problem all considered.
walking distance from BART station, Fishermans Wharf, Union Square Quiet Hotel Good WIFI
Very nice, clean, modern room. Big shower, comfy bed. Very quite in corridors and in the lobby. Location is great: in the nicer side of the financial district, right next to the trans-am pyramid, walking distance from union square and ferry building marketplace, close to market street and public transportation. A lot of complimentary, helpful services such as WiFi, filtered water & free bottles. Next-door restaurant is nice and a good option if you just landed from a trans-Atlantic flight (like me) and looking for somewhere close to eat.
Price is high. We managed to find the place on sale - 170$ per-night on a 2-nights weekend stay, which is fair, but regular price is very expensive. The king bed was made out of two adjacent single beds, which I always hate. The window was very close the the neighbor building, which was some sort of a design studio - had to close the curtains in the evening for some privacy. But all in all, except the price, everything was very good.
Great location. Nice staff. Room fine. Big Red Bus route just down the block.
Had a meal in the restaurant. Quality not great.
Great location. Really nice room.
Found one member of staff to be quite curt and not especially helpful. I understood there was no parking but thought the hotel could validate considering the rate we paid for one night.
The room was good, the comfort lounge was excellent, The complementry coffee in that lounge was great.
Being a visitor from Aus. Found that it was a bit more pricy than we are used to.
Great location Clean Simple Safe
Computers in lounge didn't work and staff was not helpful. Service at english pub was poor (bar)
