Location was perfect. Walking distance to the Bart station & most of downtown spots. Friendly staff and clean, quiet room.
Nothing i did not like.
Comfy bed and pillows
Small rooms No breakfast like bookings . Com said
I liked that it was located well, near points of interest (Embarcadero--though I was less than awed--and the Ferry Terminal, as well as downtown near my daughter's apt.). All staff was helpful and friendly.
No really bad experiences. I just don't like the idea of having to go all the way to the basement to get ice and eats. I also was disappointed in not having a bath. I am mildly disabled (this was mentioned when I called to confirm my reservation) and a shower with no place to sit is much harder than getting into and out of a bathtub.
location, value, bed quality, complimentary water bottles, location
No great view from the room (standard room)
Comfortable, value for money, location away from Union Square but easy walking distance to the square and to Fisherman's Wharf and China Town. Staff were great and very accommodating. Rooms were standard, clean and comfortable. Free water filter machine available.
Double bed was two singles pushed together. Restaurant was closed for refurbishment, coffee machine in common area was out of order (none of these were show stoppers though).
They're kicking out the great little pub that's attached! They should keep it.
Good Location Good Price
Tiny Bedrooms, staff should be more pleasant. Bed Unconfortable.
it was nice. good job!
After booking online at a local motel, upon arriving I was Highly Upset at the quality of the hotel costing more. I ReFused to stay a second night so I searched for the same budget and came across your hotel just miles away for 10x`s the upgrade! Thank you for being willing to please customers with quality over quantity, and understanding the $ will come. You have a new customer everytime I visit SF!!! :-)
elevators on only 1 side, and parking arrangements...but im willing to work with whats available! I will still stay here at your low rates.
Terrific value for the price, great location in Financial District in San Francisco - central to many things.
Very thin walls, could hear my neighbor watching Rocky III.
-nice location in downtown. -modern decoration. neat and clean. -drinking water and bottles in hallway -free coffee near the hall, fun machine. You could be one button away of thinking it works. that's the "load bean" button. -very nice receptionist and machine checking in.
- room is smaller than thought -water isn't powerful enough to me. My hair is long, so it needs stronger water force. -parking is $30-33(30 for us, 33 as seen in other comment). and it is almost a block away.
The hotel was very well located, a few blocks from Union Square. They sell tickets for a touristic bus in the front desk, which has a stop just across the street.
The rooms were a little expensive.
Walking distance to ferry building as well as China town. Room is a bit small but definitely sufficient. There 'is also complimentary water which not every hotel provides
Like most hotel this part of the town, expect another 30 dollars or so for parking. Probably not advisable to drive to and out of hotel frequently (ie better to just park the car there and travel without it)
I love the suites with the private balconies they have everything you need. I also love the room service.
The only negative would be that you can't order mixed drinks to your room.
Outstanding location within walking distance of many SF attractions. Good pub downstairs. Quiet. Six blocks from train station.
View was of a side street but not everyone can have a waterfront view!
Upgraded, and if I wasn't I would pay the $25 on arrival. It's worth it. Clean. Friendly staff. Good house keeping. Small but equipped gym. Laundry downstairs. Refillable water and ice.
Great location only a 10 min walk from Powell street. Free coffee available in the lobby area all day. Very clean.
Wifi Clean room Location
Windows cannot be opened
Nice size room with separate living room with desk and kitchenette.
value quick check-in and check out location staff
The bathroom left a little to be desired. Reminded me of something like a cruise ship bathroom and only looked mostly clean. Size of the room was small. Really didn't care for the shared doorway area. Combo of bathroom and entrance = dorm. Noisy, thin walls.
Location, Staff was nice. Good Wi-fi connection.
Noisy. I could hear people next door talking and listening to radio, dirty floor had not been vacuumed. Small. Bed very uncomfortable - dipped on one side.
Access to endless water that you bottle yourself. Easy self check-in that is like a kiosk at the airport. Relatively spacious (queen bed) room. Friendly (enough) staff
Not enough towels in the room. Carpets need to be steam-cleaned No opening windows...not even a crack
