The room is too small and I had some issue with the window
My favorite part about the stay was being able to order room service that came from the restaurants located in the lobby. Delicious!
No places nearby for food. Small rooms
good location, clean
a weird smell in my room, maybe a remainder of a previous smoking time? Minimum support from the actual reception. Check-in is done at a machine with assistance from a dedicated employee.
The huge suite, the staff, the low stress.
Wifi needs to be stronger as it would go in and out.
The staff are friendly esp. Courtney in the front office. We were traveling with 2 bookings & she placed the 2 rooms adjacent to each other per our request.Check in & check out process was easy & convenient.Aaron from front office was also very helpful in answering our questions. Thanks!
Walking into the lobby, talking to the front staff and going up to the room, Club Quarters feels like a brand new boutique hotel without paying an arm and a leg. Free wifi, free coffee, bottles with free water. Even the fellow travelers are courteous and friendly. Very nice find, and thanks, booking.com.
No rest rooms in the lobby area.
All is perfect. Location, room, staff, free laundry, wifi
If I really have to find something bad, I would say, no fridge and the wifi connexion isn't secure. But my stay was great anyway!
Location and styling of the room
Value for money, you don't get much
Parking was expensive
Express check-in. Lovely staff. Hotel full of amenities (free laundry, fitness room, lobby with the possibility to use pc, free internet, free coffee, water and fruits during all the day). Ten minutes by walking to Union Square. The room was equipped with kitchen, refrigerator and lots of devices. Very close to the Sightseeing Bus stop.
Small bathroom and without windows.
Very good localisation (walking distance to most atractions) Good conditions
Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Good TV.
No comfortable chair to sit on and relax. Desk chair doesn't suffice.
The perfect location, the wifi, the room
Very good location.
Staff at checkin, not very friendly.
The room was small, but it was clean, charming, and functional. The bed/pillows were also very comfortable, a refreshing change from many other hotel rooms.
The personal was incredible kind!
Easy check in, efficient room. I liked the self serve, free bottled water down the hall and the free, fast WiFi.
Nothing, but two people might find the one-bed room a little tight.
It was very convenient , close to everything, staff were very pleasant and very helpful with information about San Feancisco.
Our suite smelt of smoke and we were non smokers, but we did ask to change rooms so out two rooms were close to each other.
Very convenient and close to everything and good thing we did not need a car to be around the city.
With apologies to Papa Hemingway, it is "a clean, well lighted place". Within its well kept exterior is housed a courteous and very attentive staff. Most sights for visitors are within walking and/or a short cab or cable car ride. We visited on a very busy weekend and were able to enjoy the quiet or the crowd, as we pleased. Our room was spotless and comfortable, albeit small, but not to the point of being a discomfort.
There wasn't much we didn't like. We felt there weren't enough towels, hand towels and wash rags (only 1 rag, 1 hand towel and two bath towels in room). We asked for 2 hand towels and wash rags and three bath towels.... and we received them right away...and the cleaning staff was very courteous and helpful.
The hotel was a very comfortable stay at a decent price. $358 for two nights on gay pride weekend. When we arrived the room was very clean. I got the basic room, so i didnt expect much it was still nice. Free coffee machine in the lobby!
The only thing that was missing was a mini fridge in the room but other than that no problems really.
Safe, convienient location. Be sure to drive past CQ on Clay and park in the second garage (golden gate). The hotel quoted me at 33 a night for the garage they are closest to, but i paid 32 total for an entire weekend (during pride weekend). It's barely a block farther.
Typical of some buildings in the city but the walls were very thin. Got woken up by a crying baby both mornings. Not the hotel's fault but still worth being aware of if privacy is your priority.
The proximity to Union Station the main street of Embarcadero and many activities, street fairs and market place. The staff was very good with helpful information, and not far from Pier 39. The room was nice but not large. This is a boutique hotel that I liked very much.
High degree of comfort and convenience in excellent quiet location. Easy walk to all San Francisco has to offer. Good restaurant in same building Close to shops
