Very efficient space, quiet quiet quiet. That's the key to a good overnight anywhere, quiet. Free bottled water is a nice amenity, but a huge waste of plastic, etc. The San Francisco tap water is ok. |

Rooms/bathrooms functional rather than plush, but comfortable and clean. Very comfortable bed. Coffee-maker in room and free coffee in TV lounge downstairs. Staff friendly. Safe neighbourhood convenient for financial district, Union Square area and Moscone centre (15 mins walk). Internet connection rather slow. Elephant & Castle restaurant attached to hotel is OK but not great. Area is safe and convenient but most restaurants/cafes in the surrounding financial district closed at weekend. |

Having corresponded to the early check-in helped me very much. The check-in system completely digitalized was smooth, and the drink of 24 hour self-service was prepared in the lounge.Every hotel staff were kindness so it was possible to spend at ease and comfortably.It was convenience because of near from muni,bus,F-line(to pia39),BART station. |

The location and hotel was fantastic-didn't want to leave. I had hesitations about locality maybe being out of the way, but No WAy ,it was just a few blocks from everything and all that San Fran has to offer, and that's a lot! no,not a thing-Rooms just so modern and comfortable. |

Close proximity to my office in the Embarcadero area. Quiet facility. I like to have a bathtub and not just a shower. It does not offer valet parking. Parking is located across the street (not far) but underground. A little intimidating at night when alone. |

Staff attention, appreciate modest room, nicely located for my needs It is very difficult to manage the temperature in the guests rooms. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, the rooms on the 11th floor have termostats that are impossible to read and operate |
