Utmärkt läge, utmärkt restaurang för frukost och kvällsöl, prisvärt Konceptet är en aning opersonligt, men det betyder inte mycket i förhållande till det goda och prisvvärda läget och den förhållandevis höga kvaliteten. |

Best thing is location and price. Our room was small and dark, but fortunately we did not stay there very long. Long dark hall ways. Painting walls dark grey/black is very dramatic, but pretty dismal. |

I like the sleek design of the hotel and the location was great. The Financial Quarter is quiet on the weekends, but it's not far from all the regular attractions. Rooms were well insulated and did not hear other guests. Appreciated being able to print airline tickets from a computer terminal in the sitting area and that a taxi was always available just outside the hotel. Had a suite that would accommodate 3 people, but received only two sets of towels (one was thin) and not enough shampoo. More provided upon request. |

Proximity to 101 California, Embarcadero, wharves. The elevator cards often did not work and had to be reset by hotel staff twice. |

The staff was very helpfull and they responded immediately to any requests When we arrived to the room, we did not find a refrigerator, but they brought us a good one next day. We needed to ask for soap for the bathroom. but once we asked we immediately got what we needed |

Its location and affordability. When we initially checked in there was only 1 staff at the counter trying to help a long line of people thus think I it was overwhelming for the staff and the staff's service was not the greatest. |

Great location for accessing public transportation, visiting the Farmer's Market at the Embarcadero. The lounge area is great for relaxing, enjoying coffee and computer work. If your neighbors are partying, the walls tend to transfer noise from their room to yours. |

I liked its location, It was walking distance to the Union Square, close to tram lines and and around the corner to the Embarcadero. There were a few restorants near by. |

Close to transportation and in walking distance of many sites, internet access, free bottled water was a plus for walking about the city, complmentary tea and coffee, room service was excellent, fast check-in and check-out procedures, Friendly and helpful staff. I have stayed her before and will do so again. Need to upgrade printers especially since travellers have to print boarding passes for planes- paper jam took a while to fix |

They have free internet access and all the filtered water you can drink. The restaurant was very good and service was quick. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Very nice. For my purpose the room was just right. |

I thought the value for what I paid was excellent. Room was comfortable and Ithe location was excellent. Staff also was most helpful in directions to a restaurant I wanted. Especially appreciated the complementary filtered water facility down the hall. A pleasant reprieve from the $5 others charge for a bottle in the room. |

The convenience to the Financial District in S.F., where we attended a special function. I felt security was good and appreciate that. The convenience of the restaurant was also a benefit. Not actually the hotel, but the parking and the extra cost connected with that. |
