Everything. I have booked the smallest room for very little price. Check-in was in 1 min, staff helped to carry bags. The smallest room is small, but very comfortable. Coffee maker, tea, water is in the room. There is special additional table for laptop. Even bathroom is only 2 sq.f., but has everything you need.
To use public parking, you need to walk 1 block. In the winter it is not comfortable. But it is hard to find parking for 28$ in downtown Chicago.
The location, the fair price and the comfort of the bed.
Poor wi-fi; the so called "Request Guest Room" was erratic.
Location [waw] opposite Trump hotel the sound machine in the room
Extremely clean and comfortable. We had a great time. Restaurant is excellent, too.
Nothing not to like.
Location Price Amenities Overall room organization
Hard to get sufficient heat in the room (it was really cold in Chicago)
I loved the view and location
How small the room was we were that we could get a bigger room if we payed $15 but our suite when we walked in was just way too small we didn't see the difference in upgrading
I thought the staff at Club Quarters, made me feel like home away from home! I really enjoyed my stay there. Great hotel for the rates and location.
Location is great.
Difficulty finding the hotel. GPS did not work. After calling for directions, they were given so fast, that they could not be understood. The room we stayed in had the heat set on 76 degrees. We were told by management that there were no other rooms and that the temperature could not be adjusted. They said to just turn off the heat. We needed air circulating, so we slept with cool washcloths to keep from being so hot. The next day we asked the maintenance person, instead of management, about the heat. We were promptly switched to another room where the thermostat could be adjusted. Filling up your own water bottle is a nice feature. However, the cleanliness of the machines needs to be addressed.
I liked it here but the only complaint I have is the Front desk, rud
Location and staff
Ventilation setting in rooms as few preset temperatures are allowed in rooms
I loved the view and location, room was clean and comfortable.
I wish there was rooms with bath tubs. also the wifi signal was not working in my room but they brought me a cable
having to go to the lower level to get Ice.
having a fridge and microwave was very handy
the wi-fi connection was very weak in our hotel room
The staff was very kind with any questions and the hotel atmosphere was very pleasant. We were even able to check in early.
Nothing bad to say about our stay.
Location was great. Felt super safe. Got an amazing deal. Nice staff. Very helpful
Comfortable and clean room right on One Mag Mile. Great value for the location. Staff went out of their way to attend to my needs.
Walls were a little thin. I could hear my neighbors on either side at different times during the stay and door closings from their rooms shook the walls in my room a couple of times.
The location was perfect for us. Anything and everything we wanted was well within walking distance. Staff was professional, courteous, pleasant and helpful. This will be our lodging of choice when next we visit Chicago.
Trying but can't think of a thing.
Slowest elevators! Valet takes forever! I found an old pizza in the fridge!!! Really
Wonderful location! Rather than small,((as some have said) , I'd describe the room as cozy ! Nice work area , very clean. Close to Public transportation.
Could have used a second chair.
I realised later the river side location was a very good idea. It was in a walking distance to the most of the places I was considering to visit downtown. I've got a clean, quiet room.
Complimentary Water bottles
Room was like a box room, far too small
Ease of check in and check out
