not a thing
Room was small but the view was amazing.
The hotel is perfectly located in lower Manhattan next to the 9/11 memorial. Easy transportation options to midtown. Lots of great dining in close proximity.
Location Ease of check-in/check-out Proximity to subway Top floor restaurant
Pervasive smoke-like odor in room Very firm bed
Room very small
Size of room was great for NYC. Was a pleasant surprise.
Was not easy to locate. Parking was impossible. Ended up valet parking. Shower was not clean. Hair is tub.
That the parking was not in the same location.
We the hospitality of the staff. We love the view especially the view of the memorial.
Finding your location was a sort of difficult.
The restaurant turned out to be a delight. Great view of the World Trade Center, space between the tables, very nice food options. Room was comfortable and clean. First floor lounge was spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to good subway connections.
The hotel is in the middle of construction. Noise was not a problem but view was a little unsightly. It's not in a real neighborhood - though several good restaurant selections. I didn't like the sliding door on the bathroom.
Great view of uptown. Value , comfort and convenience.
Prices in Mortons !
Ease of Registration, and departure. Free water bottles, as many as you need.
Still a pain traversing nearby streets, due to WTC construction. But when that is done, I expect the cost will be much higher.
location water stations nearby attractions quiet, private complimentary snacks and drinks on weekdays
Need more choices for room service menu at breakfast
location, beds, free coffee
the mistake made in the previous two days when I was there for business paid by an external agency and yet I was charged and had to request reimbursement despite attempting to explain the problem
Liked being in the financial district right next door to the 9/11 museum.
The construction work that blocked off the road. We had a hard time with the cabs turning around.
Modern and comfortable, the room was well laid out.
Asked for a high floor and was put on the 4th floor. Paid for an upgraded room and received the smallest on the floor.
Excellent wifi Free room upgrade at check in The rooftop bar had brilliant views
Having never stopped downtown before it was a shock how quiet the area was on an evening
This hotel is at a great location - still in the city but away from crowds, very close to a convenient metro route. The room was small but big enough for two people, everything you need could be easily grabbed from client request closet without dealing with the reception. Everything was streamlined to the point that you can check in yourself at a self service kiosk like in airports! It was silent and I didn't get to hear other guests which I usually do in other hotels in NYC. You have access to fresh chilled water anytime as a courtesy of the hotel. The hotel restaurant in 24th floor is very affordable with a great view of 9/11 Memorial. Have your breakfast there and start your day like a queen. The club living quarters provides a great area for groups to get together, an area to read your book or newspaper, or a private work space to do your work on computer. I very enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back. Warning though: if you are a luxury traveller, this is not your hotel. But if you are looking for comfort and a decent, clean place to stay in NYC, this is the place.
Location Staff Cleanliness
Shower sprays water everywhere.
Value and European feel
Comfortable. Bottled water. Clean property. Great location.
The staff was not flexible with changes in reservations due to booking through a third party. I don't like how the customer is charged in full prior to the stay and the charge is non-refundable.
The desk staff were very accommodating, we were 4 friends, and after asking that the 2 rooms be nearby, we were put directly side by side. The filtered water spout and the closet with coffee, irons etc was very convenient. the Would definitely stay here again.
Elevators were a bit slow
We loved staying at Club Quarters in NYC! The staff were warm and welcoming and the accommodation was comfortable in every way. Very executive-style rooms, with free-wifi, free coffee and drinks in the lounge. Every convenience and courtesy offered. Will definitely book again!
I love everything about the hotel and the staff was wonderful
