The hotel was decorated in a moderate fashion. Beds were very comfortable, a basic room was spacious enough to comfortably house 3 people.

Customer service was terrible. Several people had problems with overbooking from this hotel. I was told I would be contacted by the manager and never was. Check-in was very stressful because they canceled our reservation. A 2 day trip was ruined. The purpose of the trip was to send off a family member we had not seen in a long time, nor will see again for a while, but the trip was filled with stress because of the hotel. Parking we were told was included in the rate, but in the garage, we were charged $70 to retrieve our car.

Location was not bad

Very bad lobby and room furniture. very tiny rooms. Staff are uncooperative at all. I didn't enjoy my stay in this hotel and will never book again in it.

This was a dark, dingy hotel not worthy of 4 stars. Room was dated, extremely basic, you could feel the bed springs, hallway had a whole panel of peeled paint on the floor the entire duration of our stay, water in bathtub was orange. Not recommended.

The position is simply perfect to visit Manhattan, very close to Times Sq., the 5th Av., the theater distr. and a couple of strategic subway stations. The hotel has nothing special, but really has everithing you need: clean, confortable, nice staff, gym, lounge with printer and pc and complimentarey (and good) coffee, free wifi, complimentary water... We went as tourist for a long week-end and were complitely satisfied, but I would also consider this hotel for business trip.

The view from our Windows was poor, you could not see the sky and have to turn on the light even at noon despite the sunny day (but to be honest we didn't spend so much time in the room to get annoyed by that)

This is a hotel for members and long time users like airlines--other guests get the worst rooms. The only thing good about is its location

I had to change my room three times to get the room I had booked after long arguements-staff treat Americans better than foreigners. Very noisy and not too clean. There is a night club next door and non-member guests are put in lower floors and have to put up with the noise until 5 am on a busy night

Really terrible experience. When we arrive there was no room available. We waited for a long time. And the elevator is sooo slow. I'll never be here again.

The location is perfect... After that its downhill.

The 1st night the heat was on all night and it was too warm so the next day we adjusted it. So the thermostat always read 72, however the room kept getting colder and colder. The bottom line... The heat was broken and on top of that the upper window (literally 10 ft. Up) was wide open and the room was probably 60f. By that time we were ready to check out, but there were also other issues. The bed is about 5 years passed when it should have been removed... It was horrible. The tv is too small and has limited variety of channels for the money and the coffee maker did not work. And did I tell you, this was under the guise of an "upgrade." Baloney!!!!!!!!! This room was way over priced... We're not staying here ever again.

Privacy in Bathroom. Toilet door was a loosley fitted sliding door.

The location is fantastic. You can not be at a better location to visit Manhattan. The room are really quiet.

The elevators are realy slow. I was on the 21st floor and I had to wait 10 minutes to get an elevator.

I'm sure you hear this regularly, the facility was perfect, friendly and clean. The BEST was your staff!! Warm. Welcoming. Accomodating. We could not have expected or wanted for more. THANK YOU!!!

Noisy due to generators being set up for Boxing Match at Radio City Hall. Front entrance was a little disappointing due to scaffolding. Often large linen carts in lobby during the day.

The location was superb. The hotel was value for money. The room was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

The proximity to a late night bar, right next door. The room's location (2nd floor, facing the street entrance to the bar) meant that it was particularly noisy until the early hours. If I stayed here again I would ask for a room on a higher floor.

Great location, spacious room by nyc standards with a great work station and free WiFi. Quiet, nice lounge area with a glassed in sun room. Restaurant is excellent -- I had the grilled salmon which was outstanding and served perfectly. The staff is very friendly and approachable.

No major criticisms other than coffee, cream and sugar were not replaced after the first day. Other minor criticism -- the shower's tiled in basin was not high enough nor the shower curtain long enough creating a wet and slippery floor after a shower.

The staff was very helpful(Giselle) with bags, storage, suggestions on directions, and Resturants. It made our stay very easy to explore the wonderful city!

Check-in - we were told rooms were not available. We booked 2 rooms and one of us almost have to go to another hotel nearby until we insisted to stay at same hotel. It appeared several other guests were affected. Receive packages - i was told that when the packages arrived, it will be sent to our rooms. They weren't n we had to check with reception before we were given our packages. We booked an extra night on a separate booking and were told that we could stay throughout without need to change room. On a last night when we arrived back to hotel, we were told we had to make deposit for the last night again and go thro check in procedures and we need a new set of keys. I dont understand why the same credit card guarantee cannot be extended to the last night. We made a separate booking prior to our arrival n informed reception staff at check-in. Overflow of patrons for pub next door at front door of hotel.

Lobby is always crowded and everything in the hotel is tiny. Front desk is not that efficient. It is fair consider its location and price..
