Below average breakfast bar. Not much variety. Same main course every morning.
Just about everything
wi fi was fast but blocked streaming video, even Google Maps streetview.
nice foyer, great breakfast including egg omelets and fresh fruit, nice staff
air conditioning problems resulted in a room change without handicap accessibility, bed too high
Nice clean hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Great room, comfortable bed. Nice pool, perfect after a long day of driving.
A gentleman told us to get out of the pool he had a beer in his hand. The carpet was filthy and our room smell like smoke in non smoking room. They did change the towels out had to ask for fresh towels. The guy checking us in was rude. I will not be back. Hot tub was not working.
I can't believe how little we paid for what we got. Comfortable room, breakfast, reasonably quiet, easy access.
No complaints for what I paid
The room was very run down and filthy. I don't think they have vacuumed along the walls or behind the furniture for years. It was so gross. The room also had an odor like it used to be a smoking room. There were signs up at breakfast telling us we could only go to the 'buffet' one time and we could have only one egg and two pieces of sausage. Ridiculous.
Pool and breakfast
Closet mirrow door fell off first 15 minutes there. Had to wait for repair man to fix it. Tolit over flowed twice had to have repair man in twice to fix that then cleaning ladies to mop. Electric went off in bathroom. Called no one ever came. Finally fixed myself but noone ever check on it. Asked for adjustment on bill for all inconviences. Lady at dest mad, she took off about $15.00 for all problems. I was expecting at least one night free for nasty tolit overflows... Never had a hotel that didnt want to make up for the problems.
Close to the highway and to my relatives. The staff was nice, professional, and knowledgable.
The hotel just needs a little updating.
The courtyard and pool area were very relaxing and we had it to ourselves...although it was a Tuesday in the summer. Also, the ladies at the front desk were excellent. Very nice and helpful.
We requested a late check out and even offered to pay a little extra, but they wouldn't work with us. Only moved it to noon. Claimed they were booked solid when clearly they weren't. Not a big deal, but disrupted our day a little cause we had plans for later in afternoon and would have loved to hang out at pool a little longer and been able to use room to shower and get ready. Seriously, there was not one other person at pool the whole time we were there, and I feel they could easily have granted our request. But we still enjoyed the time we had!
I didn't have a chance to see a regular room because they upgraded me (no cost) to one of their suites which was very nice and roomy.
The toilet was making the noise of running water all night long.
I liked that it was located near a night life spot. The room was clean and very comfortable. the price was very good for the length time we were there. Your staff was VERY helpful. Pointed us to other spots of interest and restaurants. Very good!!! We will stay there again. I really enjoyed my stay there.
The walls/floors are too thin. We heard the people above us walking and dragging furniture around. WiFi was not very good, kept dropping.
Friendly staff Beautiful interior garden
1. location on the online map was more than a mile from where the hotel really was. Hotel Map shows it just off Dorset. 2. Bushes hid hotel sign from road. Went past it on first try. 3. First hotel i have been where the breakfast portions were rationed.
Most every thing
The cleaning people did not speak English And always wanted to get in our room. We were trying to be green as your signs said but she wanted the towels every day. Very annoying!! She made us feel like she thought we were going to steal something!!!!!!! N
I LOVE STAYING AT DAYS INN. THE STAFF IS UNDERSTANDING & WONDERFUL. THE BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE & THE ROOMS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN. I WILL STAY THERE ANYTIME I'M TRAVELING.
It was out of the downtown St. Louis area.
The pool didn't open until the end of may. They stayed booked solid so a spa room wasn't an option for us.
Location on 270 and access to all routes.
Too much noise in the hallways and room- to- room. Breakfast is below average and there are signs to limit what you eat and to be considerate!!!!. This hotel should be 2 ** only...and felt to be over priced.
Great room with a balcony, mini fridge and micro. There was a small mall within walking distance and good access to highways
a few minor irritations that were dealt with reasonably well by staff - no ink in the printer, card reader didn't work on the door we were directed to, bedside light had been unplugged and not easy to re-plug - to be fair, it was a Sunday and they had been fully booked for the WE.
Manager was proactive in resolving my issues.
The hallway had an awful smell which the cleaners sprayed with aerosols. Which I had an allergic reaction to the fumes.
Large, quite opulent apartments. Good breakfast. Great option for visiting Saint Louis and surroundings with the car.
The room was pretty quiet & housekeeping came ever day. I was looking for a low rate & that meet my expectations.
The breakfast was terrible. I used on the on site washer & dryer. The dryer was 1.75 and it did not dry the clothes. The tub was slanted in so was uncomfortable to stand in.
I specifically asked for a balcony room. As that is what is shown on the internet ad. No problem! Got one for sure. The man who ran the continental breakfast was fast, organized, and continually kept the area clean. He is a superb employee!
No military discount.
The location is close to the main highways to go into downtown St. Louis. It also was close to dining. The staff was pleasant and plenty of free parking.
Our room was clean but the hallways and elevators were older and unkept and in need of renovation.
I was welcomed very kindly at the desk.
I was given a room WAY in the back of the hotel that was old and not very good. An employee attempted to enter my room to "clean" after I had just checked in.
