Close to the Whitehouse and other monuments - good for tourists The desk and bar staf were reasonable efficient, but remote and impersonal _ perhaps another shift would have left a different impression. The room service food was very expensive for what we received. |

Very central hotel with 5 min to the White house and Sightseeing tour buses stop in front of the hotel. Metro in the basement. Very friendly and helpful staff. Some rooms are somewhat noisy from the street. |

Attended an APTA conference. This is my 4th stay since May. I love this place obiviously. There was a difference in the room I had and the ones I stayed in previously. I was moved by staff with a smile for no additional cost. I had just stayed for three nights at the Marriott Crystal Gateway, and transferred due to a second conference in D.C. Except for your desk employees, all others could take some lessons in greeting each guest as they pass, ask them how they are doing, smile, etc. You do have an elderly gentleman in the cafe who does this well and should be teaching all staff how to meet and greet. Exceptions apply to your front desk who go out of the way to everyone who walks in our out the door. |

Location was convenient and access to National Mall, sights and public transport were all excellent. lack of security safe in room. Only 2 computers in business lounge sometimes meant long waits. |

Proximity to Metro Station and Down town monuments as well as the free bottled water all day long Space was cramped and spartan,Online pictures are taken to make it look bigger than it actually is.Value to Price is very low and the staff were very uninvolved during our stay. |

Location - It is right on top of the Blue line metro Farragut West Station. You can get to the hotel straight from the Ronald Reagan National Airport for less than $3. Farrugut Square is a nice green spot in the city and it is walking sidtance to the White House. The fresh cool water and bottles available on every floor is a great idea. Found tv in the us full of ads - very disruptive. The alternate was to pay and it was full of adult movies |

The location was wonderful and the suite a nice size. The 11th floor was nice and quiet. The parking garage was a little inconvenient. |

the location is rather good, the free printing service, the low cost of room phone call. It is really not far from White House and I took a long walk from the hotel to White House, museums at the National Mall, etc and at 9:00pm returned to the hotel. It is only zero mile from Farragut West subway station and several minutes from Farragut North station. beside the hotel there are two good restaurants, one is Mexican style, one is named Subway providing good fast food. during holiday, the nearest entrance to the subway is closed, but the other entrance is not far. |

The Long Island Tea drink from the bar. Staff was not able to give good directions to nearby places. This hotel could very easily make up directions on a sheet of paper to assist people in getting around DC. i.e. from hotel to various places. The parking facility was too far away from hotel. The price of the room rose after the first night and their reasoning was "oh that's just how we do it". |

very reasonably priced; room bigger than expected (some internet reviews said rooms where very small, but that turned out to be not the case), location near metro, complimentary bottled water, On the first day we had a problem getting our laptop connected to the hotel's wireless internet. The wifi signal seemed to be strong enough, but we had trouble getting an ip address from the wireless router. Later this problem disappeared and the connection worked just fine. |
