地下鉄駅横。ビジネス、観光に最適。週末は周辺の店舗が閉まっているので要注意。慣れた人向き。シングルは- 狭いのでスイートがお勧め。 |

ホワイトハウスからとても近い。地下鉄の駅もすぐで大変便利な場所にあります。メトロ圏内で用事が済む場合- であればとても良いロケーションだと思います。金額もリーズナブル。 |

チェックイン及びチェックアウトが、基本的に機械相手で、クレジットカードを自分で読み込ませる等、フロン- トマンの介在がなく、従って、アメリカで往々にしてあるフロントマンの間違えが全く無く、安心できた。 地下一階にあるフィットネスクラブが、朝6時から使えると言うので、朝6時に行こうとしたら、エレベーター- が動いていず、フロンとマンに頼まなければならなかった。６時40分にトレーニングを終了して自室に戻ろう- としてエレベーターを呼ぼうとしたが、フィットネスクラブのある地下一階までエレベーターが来なかった。階- 段を利用して一階まで行こうとしたが、途中にあるドア-が、「行くことは出来ても戻れない」との警告文があり、この先がどのようになってるのかも不明で、階段も利- 用できなかった。要は、エレベーターが動き出す7時過ぎまで、フィットネスクラブに缶詰になった。恐らく、- フロントマンがエレベーターを地下一階まで移動可能なモードにするのを忘れていたのだと思う。まぁ、アメリ- カではこの種のアクシデントは良くあることなので、That's America!として気にしないでいられる範囲内のことではあるが。 |

９４ドルという価格にしては、とても快適に過ごせました。部屋も清潔感があり、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカ- ーまであり、近くには、SUBWAY、Mac、スタバなどもあり、不自由しません。ウィークデイに限り駅か- ら０分なのでどこに行くにも便利です。ワシントンDCに来たらまたここを利用すると思います。 日曜日に到着したため、ホテルのすぐ隣の地下鉄出口が閉まっており、不便だった。（土、日曜日はどの駅も片- 側しか出口を開放しないらしい。電力消費のため？） 粉コーヒーだったが、コーヒーが古いと思った。 |

浴槽、歯ブラシ・髭剃り、金庫がなかったのは、残念でしたが、地下鉄駅の真上で、無線ＬＡＮが使えて、比較- 的低価格だったので、全体的には満足です。 |

ビジネス街に位置し、治安は悪くない。メトロ2駅に近く、便利な立地。エコを意識してシーツの取替えは希望- しなければ2日に1回、というルールだが、特に問題なし。部屋はとても綺麗。洗面所のコップが少し欠けてた- のは、この国では失礼にはあたらないのか謎だったが、コップそのものは清潔だったのでクレームしなかった。- ホテルスタッフは総じて黒人の方々のほうが親切で愛想が良く、プロ意識を感じた。 |

立地がとてもいい。スミソニアン周辺も歩いて周れるので便利。その割には値段は手ごろで部屋もきれいだしサ- ービスも普通に良かった。 冷蔵庫があればより便利。 |

ブッキングのミス？で最初の1泊目だけ他のホテルに代えてほしい、と言われたときは困った。最終的には何と- か部屋を空けてもらえましたけどね。11月の寒いDCですからバスタブも欲しかった。 |

Very close to the National Mall and all National sites plus the Metro is next to the hotel - just 4 stops from Pentagon City shopping Mall too!! The Hotel was very good. |

Close to the Whitehouse and other monuments - good for tourists The desk and bar staf were reasonable efficient, but remote and impersonal _ perhaps another shift would have left a different impression. The room service food was very expensive for what we received. |

Very central hotel with 5 min to the White house and Sightseeing tour buses stop in front of the hotel. Metro in the basement. Very friendly and helpful staff. Some rooms are somewhat noisy from the street. |

Attended an APTA conference. This is my 4th stay since May. I love this place obiviously. There was a difference in the room I had and the ones I stayed in previously. I was moved by staff with a smile for no additional cost. I had just stayed for three nights at the Marriott Crystal Gateway, and transferred due to a second conference in D.C. Except for your desk employees, all others could take some lessons in greeting each guest as they pass, ask them how they are doing, smile, etc. You do have an elderly gentleman in the cafe who does this well and should be teaching all staff how to meet and greet. Exceptions apply to your front desk who go out of the way to everyone who walks in our out the door. |

Location was convenient and access to National Mall, sights and public transport were all excellent. lack of security safe in room. Only 2 computers in business lounge sometimes meant long waits. |

Proximity to Metro Station and Down town monuments as well as the free bottled water all day long Space was cramped and spartan,Online pictures are taken to make it look bigger than it actually is.Value to Price is very low and the staff were very uninvolved during our stay. |
