Club Quarters in Washington DC  

Very unfriendly staff.. Very expensive.. no amenities..

Location was great staff were pleasent and helpful.

Parking to far from hotel.

Location. Comfort. Free water bottles, iPads to use...price reasonable...low.

A little dated odd shaped room. Still, everything was fine.

The hotel was very well situated for anyone wishing to tour the city - close to public transportation as well as close to a number of interesting tourist sites, including the White House, The facilities in the "Living Room" were a nice addition, including easy access to a newspaper, coffee and snack. Thank you.

Hotel is very close to all main sights (12min to White House), Metro station and Grocery store are in 5min walking distance. Nice restaurant in the same building (observe specials in foursquare). Prompt check-in/out.

Quite poor sound proof but it didn't affect us during the stay.

parking facility 2.5 blocks away and uses valet. not so simple to get to or get your car out of when you need it.

staff wasn't helpful, seemed more concerned with their own issues rather than serving their customers. Beds were uncomfortable and the walls are extremely thin-no privacy, can hear your neighbors entire conversation as if they were in your room

Location!!! Loved the linen closet with xxtra misc and irons. So loved the water bottles and purified water provided.. Saved $$ and environment.. Will stay w U in another city!

Staff at frnt desk: I had to ask multiple times daily for xxtra I cups for the nicely provided coffee machine in my room..

Efficiency, ability to check in and out from a terminal in the lobby. Availability of drinking water with empty bottles and linen closet.

Corridors too small. I was awoken in the middle of the night by roudy kids who were throwing each other against the wall. It sounded as if they were in the room.

Amazing location, perfect for tourists looking to explore the city. Excellent room and great amenities with very friendly/helpful staff. Great value for money!!!

The staff and location is wonderful. The restaurant next door has excellent food and the price is just right.

I was out all day Saturday and my room wasn't clean when I got back. Room wasn't cleaned until around 4pm.....Also had to call and asks for towels for 2 more than once.

Free snacks on the 2nd floor, free wi-fi, clean sharp rooms, and the LOCATION is amazing!

Not a thing!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. As a frequent traveller we have seen many hotels in many parts of the world but this hotel had some especially nice features that we had not experienced before. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. The 'fill yourself' chilled bottles of water on each floor was a nice touch. We also liked the well equipped club room, which we used after we checked out and while waiting for our flight. Perhaps the best thing,though, was the shower. For once we found a hot/cold tap (faucet) that was actually easy to use. Trust me - you seem to need an engineering degree to use so many of the shower and bath fittings we have come across in hotels around the world! We done to Club Quarters for getting this bit of detail right (now if only the usa would convert to metric and drive on the other side of the road all would be perfect...).

Nothing much, but as tea drinkers it would have been nice had tea bags been available for us in our room.

Club room on floor 2. Fitness/exercise room. Location perfect for my stay.

Limited menu in restaurant. Breakfast vastly over priced. For what was offered it should have been complimentary. Lobby utterly dismal. Staff dress was not neat. They should be starched and pressed and in uniform. Restaurant staff needs to be more attentive to guests. The exercise room was very small and tucked into the basement.

Staff were friendly but very professional and helpful. Staff in resto were courteous and food was very good. First stay at this hotel. Have recommended to others in my office.

Excelente hotel, cama ótima e banheiro idem, limpíssimo, padaria maravilhosa em frente (Le pain Quotidien), buraco do metro embaixo do hotel. Água gelada free no corredor. Excelent hotel, very clean, amazing bed and shower, free chilli water. The room was as exact as shown in the pictures.

The location is perfect. Walking distance or near all the historic sites in DC.

Did not like the bed - too firm; don't like comforters ( not sure how often they are washed); did not like commode ( looked like something from a public bathroom). Rooms need upgrades - more pleasing prints, etc., to the eye.
