The hotel is in upper Manhattan so it's a great choice, becouse everything that NYC has to offer is in Manhattan. |

The room was clean comfortable for two people. We had cereal, milk and banana for breakfast which saved us from spending a fortune on breakfast in Manhattan, but we still got our Starbucks' lattes! We had one issue. The first night when my husband took a shower he could not turn off the water. It was midnight and a staff person came up and helped out and offered to see if we wanted to switch rooms and said he would check or send someone up at 8am. We opted to stay but no one came the next day until we called at 5:30. Then we switched rooms. |

Staff was helpful when we asked to move rooms (initial room was next to cleaning supply room and very noisy when staff were changing rooms in the morning). People smoked in some of the rooms, which then blew through the ventilation of nonsmoking rooms. |

The room was a nice size for Manhattan and very clean. The breakfast was better than expected with cerial, fruit waffles, not just coffee and donuts. The location was convenient. |

The price was good for NY. The wireless access was good. The room was clean if a little tatty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was near Penn Station - good for Amtrak (Boston-Washington) and Newark Airport (NJ Transit) The room was small, the facilities basic. The location was a bit bleak. |

Initially chosen for location I found the staff helpful and friendly which eased the duress of staying and working in the city for the weekend. |

The breakfast and the location. They stated a charge for openning the door, what is that? and the thermostate was broken in the room so the air conditioner couldn't stay on for long, kept turning itself on and off. |

The location allowed us walk to major sights. The price is ok for the city of ny. We arrived at the hotel at 12pm and they let us check-in. At check-out (12pm) they let us leave our bags at the hotel until 6pm. Improve cleaning (our floor hall smells bad) and maintenance (the shower and lock doesn't work properly) |

The location was ok for the price, NYC being very expenssive. The staff was nice and helpfull. The lack of cleanliness. Our room wasn't clean (not vaccumed and the bathroom wasn't done at all but the bed was done). So we had to change room, it was past midnight, and due to availibility we went from a non smoking king to a smoking queen (my wife being pregnant, we weren't pleased with the smoking room), and even that new room was not very clean (faeces on the flush handle). |

Very Convenient Loction - Staff couldn't be better - except maids The room was not clean - hair in bathroom - Had to ask for a room change and that bathroom was not clean either - Both rooms did not feel or smell clean |

The friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms. When I had arrived in my hotel, my reseravation was canceled becasue my credit card did not go throught. The information was left on my answering machine, but it was after I left my office, so when I came to the hotel I was told that my reservation was canceled. The process should be improved to avoid accidents like this. |
