Mitarbeiter waren stets nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen. |

Das Hotel liegt in günstiger Entfernung zur Subway Station. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sauber, es hat einen Safe, ein Bügeleisen und -Brett, einen großen Fernseher. Im Zimmer war ein Heft mit Stadtplan, Subwayplan, Veranstaltungskalender und Adressen, welches uns sehr geholfen hat. Das Fenster läßt sich nicht öffnen. Der Frühstücksraum ist fensterlos, viel zu klein und deutlich unter dem Niveau einer Jugendherberge. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist das Bescheidenste, was ich je in einem Hotel / Herberge erlebt habe. |

The only thing that has upset us - we reserved number for 4 months - when have arrived, vacant rooms were not, though booking has been confirmed: (Us for one night have moved in other hotel, more expensively, and it was necessary to collect again in the morning of a thing and again to move in hotel Comfort Inn. It is strongly inconvenient, as it was necessary to spend the time of which was a little as we have arrived for three nights... Instead of that what to walk on a city, we passed from one hotel in another also have overpaid.... It is insulting Breakfast very poor. Toasts and cookies the synthetic. Eggs did not suffice on all visitors. Sense to have breakfast is/But a hotel arrangement, quality of numbers and cleanliness rather worthy. |

cleanliness, professional receptionist too small a place for breakfast . Also there was a self-service waffle maker but there was no material to make one. a hotel staff member said they were out of it, so no waffle! I find this very irresponsible for a hotel to say this to customers. If they were out of something, they should get it immediately. After all, we had to pay everything in full, didn't we? |

Friendly staff Upon arrival, we were assigned a room only to find it wasn't made up. Bed was not made, trash in waste can and used towels on bathroom floor. Called front desk and told us to come back downstairs to desk and was assigned another room. This room did not have hand towels or wash cloths. Had to write a note to housekeeping staff for following day. |

The man responsible for the breakfast. Best waiter ever! It was very cold in the rooms but we asked for an extra duvet and was delivered to our room very quick. |

No problem with early check in,free maps of subway and daily papers at the reception desk.Very close to many attractions of New York and Penn station if you want to explore places outside the city. |

Not by any means a hotel with lots of extras. But, it was my 1st trip to Manhattan and maybe the price of "better" hotels would have been very expensive. Nonethless, it was in walking distance to Times Square and other tourist locations and relartively close to the subway. It worked out well. I had problems with the internet while there and never got it resolved despite complaining to the front desk staff. |

Well, they had moved me to the Hampton Inn closer to everything so it worked out great. Continental breakfast was wonderful. At the Hampton Inn, there was only one elevator working which took way too long. The first floor hallway was too narrow near the elevators and caused heavy traffic, but everything else was great. |

Wireless internet access available also a good location for either going downtown or uptown towards central park. -Made clear I wanted my bedsheets to be changed, didn't happen, also bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. -Shower didn't reach a warm temperature. -Water leaking trough roof in the bathroom and hallway. -Terrible smell from A/C |

It's good hotel. Staffs are polite and room is comfortable. Sometimes, internet(wi-fi) didn't work and staff couldn't repair. |

The rooms were small and tight. The bedspread was soiled, along with the towels. The bathroom on the second and third days were never cleaned and only the towels were replaced. The room smelt like mold and mildew and thats because the shower curtains had mold and mildew all over it and when I complained at the front desk, they gave me a can of air freshener. |

The hotel is within walking distance to places like the Empire State and Times Square and there is a tube station just up the road so nothing is too far away. The breakfast was a little disappointing but it was better then nothing. |

Room size, housekeeping (after bad start...see below) & Breakfast are ok / Location i.e. proximity of Times Square is a plus. Staff tried to give at arrival 1 out the 3 booked room with higher rate than proposed on Booking.com. I first got a room with door opened, not cleaned and with repair tools on the bed. Second room had part of ceiling falling in bathroom and shower head was leaking and not giving any pressure. |
