Céntrico, cerca del metro, tranquilo, personal agradable, incluye desayuno buffet, café las 24 h. Edi, el encargado del desayuno.

Las habitaciones son un poco justas de tamaño. Cama grande, pero poco espacio para las maletas y la ropa.

eddy es la neta...un tipazo y con mucha energía para empezar el desayuno. la gente del hotel muy amable. el desayuno bien. Muy a gusto, gracias!

que no me dejaron hacer mi check out...la mujer que me atendió la última noche fue un poco grosera al principip ya luego se portó mejor

la ubicación cercana a la estación de trenes, subway y el centro de Manhatan

Habitaciones muy pequeñas y un solo ascensor

es muy centrico, la cama era muy grande, televisión de plasma, són amables, y es economico para estar 1 semana en NY

solo hay un ascensor y es muy lento, la habitación muy pequeña, servicio de desayuno muy cutre, esta al lado de recepción en un cuarto te sacan la comida congelada y te lo haces tu, solo hay 6 mesas, tienes que esperar

Limpieza, relativamente cerca del metro. Zona tranquila.

Imposibilidad de abrir las ventanas. La moqueta huele a humedad.

The only thing that has upset us - we reserved number for 4 months - when have arrived, vacant rooms were not, though booking has been confirmed: (Us for one night have moved in other hotel, more expensively, and it was necessary to collect again in the morning of a thing and again to move in hotel Comfort Inn. It is strongly inconvenient, as it was necessary to spend the time of which was a little as we have arrived for three nights... Instead of that what to walk on a city, we passed from one hotel in another also have overpaid.... It is insulting Breakfast very poor. Toasts and cookies the synthetic. Eggs did not suffice on all visitors. Sense to have breakfast is/But a hotel arrangement, quality of numbers and cleanliness rather worthy.

Friendly staff

Upon arrival, we were assigned a room only to find it wasn't made up. Bed was not made, trash in waste can and used towels on bathroom floor. Called front desk and told us to come back downstairs to desk and was assigned another room. This room did not have hand towels or wash cloths. Had to write a note to housekeeping staff for following day.

Not by any means a hotel with lots of extras. But, it was my 1st trip to Manhattan and maybe the price of "better" hotels would have been very expensive. Nonethless, it was in walking distance to Times Square and other tourist locations and relartively close to the subway. It worked out well.

I had problems with the internet while there and never got it resolved despite complaining to the front desk staff.

Wireless internet access available also a good location for either going downtown or uptown towards central park.

-Made clear I wanted my bedsheets to be changed, didn't happen, also bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. -Shower didn't reach a warm temperature. -Water leaking trough roof in the bathroom and hallway. -Terrible smell from A/C

The rooms were small and tight. The bedspread was soiled, along with the towels. The bathroom on the second and third days were never cleaned and only the towels were replaced. The room smelt like mold and mildew and thats because the shower curtains had mold and mildew all over it and when I complained at the front desk, they gave me a can of air freshener.
