Las habitaciones son un poco pequenas y el desayuno algo justo

Que incluía el desayuno aunque era escaso pero el personal del desayuno agradable

El peor hotel donde me he hospedado. El personal no me quería entender aunque hablo inglés ya que nadie me había hecho la habitación y necesitaba toallas. La habitación muy pequeña aunque el baño estaba limpio (cuando me arreglaron la habitación que de tres noches solo me la arreglaron un día) La zona mejor no hablar ya que está casi en la decima calle. y de la novena a la decima el ambiente cambia mucho. Nunca lo recomendaria mejor cogerse un apartamento o un hotel mejor.

La atenci'on del personal, internet. En general es muy correcto.

La relaccion calidad-precio, el personal inmejorable, limpieza perfecta, amables, cerca del centro de Manhattan, con bares alrededor. Para mi gusto perfecto.Repetiria sin dudarlo.

El precio es relativamente bajo para los valores de Manhattan. La habitación estaba limpia, el baño cómodo. El desayuno era bastante completo pero teníamos a veces que esperar turno para sentarnos ya que había pocas mesas disponibles.Tiene maquina expenderora de gaseosas y dispenser de café/te gratis para los huespedes, por las noches.

El ascensor era lento, la habitación pequeña, y no se podían abrir las ventanas, pero tenía equipo para ventilación, refrigeraión y calefacción. Se escuchan los ruidos de una habitación a la otra,una noche pedimos silencio, y cesaron de inmediato.

Friendly staff

Upon arrival, we were assigned a room only to find it wasn't made up. Bed was not made, trash in waste can and used towels on bathroom floor. Called front desk and told us to come back downstairs to desk and was assigned another room. This room did not have hand towels or wash cloths. Had to write a note to housekeeping staff for following day.

Not by any means a hotel with lots of extras. But, it was my 1st trip to Manhattan and maybe the price of "better" hotels would have been very expensive. Nonethless, it was in walking distance to Times Square and other tourist locations and relartively close to the subway. It worked out well.

I had problems with the internet while there and never got it resolved despite complaining to the front desk staff.

Wireless internet access available also a good location for either going downtown or uptown towards central park.

-Made clear I wanted my bedsheets to be changed, didn't happen, also bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. -Shower didn't reach a warm temperature. -Water leaking trough roof in the bathroom and hallway. -Terrible smell from A/C

The rooms were small and tight. The bedspread was soiled, along with the towels. The bathroom on the second and third days were never cleaned and only the towels were replaced. The room smelt like mold and mildew and thats because the shower curtains had mold and mildew all over it and when I complained at the front desk, they gave me a can of air freshener.

The conveinence to times square and the friendly , helpful attitude or the staff.The price was right and the quality of the hotel was very good The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.. We loved the breakfast
