L'hotel est bien situé géographiquement..........près de Time Square,la 5ème,et des transports en commun . Les chambres sont un peu petites............mais ce n'est pas essentiel à New York. |

Le service etait genial! Le personnel etait tres souriant! La chambre etait parfaite et l emplacement tres bien! L hotel est pres des grandes rues mais dans un endroit calme ce qui fait que l on peut dormir le soir! |

Emplacement pratique pour séjourner à New-York Difficultés à l'arrivée dues à la non-transmission de la réservation à l'hôtel (check-in à 15h délivrance de la chambre à 17h!) Pas d'eau chaude le jour de l'arrivée (problème réglé le lendemain soir) |

Proximité du centre ville!!! Hôtel plus que décevant. Le ménage et l'hygiène est tout à fait discutable. Le confort reste sommaire. Il est évident qu'à ce prix, il est possible de trouver mieux. |

L'hotel est bien situé par rapport aux attractions majeur de Manhattan, l'accès au métro est facile. Les employés sont courtois. Dans la salle pour déjeuner, l'air climatise était trop froide. |

Sa situation dans Manhattan : proche des transports, des sites touristiques et du shopping. Rapport qualité/prix est vraiment moyen. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, trop petites et non fonctionnelles. Salle du petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop petite. Arrivés à l'hotel, aucune chambre ne nous était réservée !!!!!!! |

c'est le moins chere que j'ai trouvé ( 120$ ttc / nuit petit dej compris ). bon hotel un peut a l'ecart des zones touristiques donc plus calme. en 2 3 blocs a pied on est au coeur de manhattan. |

cleanliness, professional receptionist too small a place for breakfast . Also there was a self-service waffle maker but there was no material to make one. a hotel staff member said they were out of it, so no waffle! I find this very irresponsible for a hotel to say this to customers. If they were out of something, they should get it immediately. After all, we had to pay everything in full, didn't we? |

Friendly staff Upon arrival, we were assigned a room only to find it wasn't made up. Bed was not made, trash in waste can and used towels on bathroom floor. Called front desk and told us to come back downstairs to desk and was assigned another room. This room did not have hand towels or wash cloths. Had to write a note to housekeeping staff for following day. |

The man responsible for the breakfast. Best waiter ever! It was very cold in the rooms but we asked for an extra duvet and was delivered to our room very quick. |

No problem with early check in,free maps of subway and daily papers at the reception desk.Very close to many attractions of New York and Penn station if you want to explore places outside the city. |

Not by any means a hotel with lots of extras. But, it was my 1st trip to Manhattan and maybe the price of "better" hotels would have been very expensive. Nonethless, it was in walking distance to Times Square and other tourist locations and relartively close to the subway. It worked out well. I had problems with the internet while there and never got it resolved despite complaining to the front desk staff. |

Well, they had moved me to the Hampton Inn closer to everything so it worked out great. Continental breakfast was wonderful. At the Hampton Inn, there was only one elevator working which took way too long. The first floor hallway was too narrow near the elevators and caused heavy traffic, but everything else was great. |

Wireless internet access available also a good location for either going downtown or uptown towards central park. -Made clear I wanted my bedsheets to be changed, didn't happen, also bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. -Shower didn't reach a warm temperature. -Water leaking trough roof in the bathroom and hallway. -Terrible smell from A/C |

It's good hotel. Staffs are polite and room is comfortable. Sometimes, internet(wi-fi) didn't work and staff couldn't repair. |

The rooms were small and tight. The bedspread was soiled, along with the towels. The bathroom on the second and third days were never cleaned and only the towels were replaced. The room smelt like mold and mildew and thats because the shower curtains had mold and mildew all over it and when I complained at the front desk, they gave me a can of air freshener. |

The hotel is within walking distance to places like the Empire State and Times Square and there is a tube station just up the road so nothing is too far away. The breakfast was a little disappointing but it was better then nothing. |

Room size, housekeeping (after bad start...see below) & Breakfast are ok / Location i.e. proximity of Times Square is a plus. Staff tried to give at arrival 1 out the 3 booked room with higher rate than proposed on Booking.com. I first got a room with door opened, not cleaned and with repair tools on the bed. Second room had part of ceiling falling in bathroom and shower head was leaking and not giving any pressure. |

The conveinence to times square and the friendly , helpful attitude or the staff.The price was right and the quality of the hotel was very good The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.. We loved the breakfast |
