Comfort Inn Midtown West

A relação custo-benefício é excelente, pois o hotel é bem localizado, oferece um quarto confortável e bem limpo e tudo isso por um preço super acessível considerando os padrões de NYC.

Acredito que o espaço para o café poderia ser melhorado. O local é apertado e se torna desconfortável o café da manhã.

Apesar das obras, tudo correu bem e o staff é bem atencioso

Room size is small.

The hotel is in upper Manhattan so it's a great choice, becouse everything that NYC has to offer is in Manhattan.

The room was clean comfortable for two people. We had cereal, milk and banana for breakfast which saved us from spending a fortune on breakfast in Manhattan, but we still got our Starbucks' lattes!

We had one issue. The first night when my husband took a shower he could not turn off the water. It was midnight and a staff person came up and helped out and offered to see if we wanted to switch rooms and said he would check or send someone up at 8am. We opted to stay but no one came the next day until we called at 5:30. Then we switched rooms.

Staff was helpful when we asked to move rooms (initial room was next to cleaning supply room and very noisy when staff were changing rooms in the morning).

People smoked in some of the rooms, which then blew through the ventilation of nonsmoking rooms.

The room was a nice size for Manhattan and very clean. The breakfast was better than expected with cerial, fruit waffles, not just coffee and donuts. The location was convenient.

The price was good for NY. The wireless access was good. The room was clean if a little tatty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was near Penn Station - good for Amtrak (Boston-Washington) and Newark Airport (NJ Transit)

The room was small, the facilities basic. The location was a bit bleak.

The location allowed us walk to major sights. The price is ok for the city of ny. We arrived at the hotel at 12pm and they let us check-in. At check-out (12pm) they let us leave our bags at the hotel until 6pm.

Improve cleaning (our floor hall smells bad) and maintenance (the shower and lock doesn't work properly)

Comfortable clean rooms. Good breakfast choices.

Not the best location but fairly near shopping area and subway
