Staff was excellent. Very cheerful and eager to help.

The stairs to the room. It rained the two days we were there and although no one slipped it was a concern for all the older adults in our party. Shower curtains don't keep the water from going out of the tub. I had to put towels down in the corner so water was not all over the floor.

The room smelled quite musty and was quite a bit smaller than I expected Breakfast was not very good Location was not ideal but that was my fault for not checking

A nice quiet neat clean place

It is very quiet,,our room was big and quite comfortable. The little patio only offered a quiet place to drink morning coffe, but a view of the ajoining church parking lot. Otherwise,,it is a great place to stay.

The staff was helpful and friendly. When we were checking in it would have been good to be told the breakfast hours at check-in for those of us who haven't been there before. The room was clean and nicely appointed. It had all the touches and amenities that make your stay easy and comfortable. We liked that it sat back from the main road and it was very quiet even though it was full. From the Coachman Inn you could access dining, shopping and tourist attractions easily. We would definitely stay there again!

I would recommend that if stairs are a challenge for any reason that you stay on the first floor. Getting luggage up the stairs can be a challenge with no elevators!

Not a lot but Breakfast was served early fort us.

The room was 'musty' and when we complained we were told that the room was used only infrequently because people did not like the noise of the swimming pool. When I asked - then why have you allocated t to us - it is not up to me that is someone else's job. The hotel is fully booked.

Large room and comfortable bed. Also a small kitchen.

Room had pet urine smell, staff was not so friendly and the continental breakfast room was very small. Breakfast items were spread out , hard to find items. Will not stay there again.

Bed was terrible, inconvenient climb up stairs.

I lliked the quietness despite its busyness. I also loved the verse from Hebrews at the front desk. It made me feel very welcomed.

Room was good. The pool was warm and the spa's were available.

The guest wifi did not work very well on level 1 or level 2. It kept dropping out, and was difficult to get back-and we were there for 2 days. Finally sat in reception and used their own wifi. Also the breakfast items were in short supply, ie the yoghurt and the (healthy) cereal ran out one morning.

Comfort and relaxing place to be. Quiet! Breakfast was good and more than usual.

Housekeeping did the minimum. they did make up the bed and remove towels but did not vacuum or wipe or even replace used glasses. The bed appeared rather hastily made. Glad that they offerred not to replace sheets for environment but then were surprised that the breakfast used all paper plates and plastic cutlery....???

Great staff/service. A big room with both doors (opposite ends) open to the outside. Warm (small) pool. Great value!

It was a great place to stay. The room was very nice, the breakfast was great, the people were fantastically friendly and helpful.

The matress was very uncomfortable. It was to hard and didn't give any.

It was clean, relatively comfortable, mattress however was wierd but ok. Staff friendly, shower was great!

The fact that we could take our pets meant a lot.
