Staff Location

We got a great room (6th floor) with the airport view so we could watch the comings and goings of the planes. The shuttle was great and the staff was eager to help.

Don't think that the Sharps Restaurant is the only one near. They didn't volunteer the fact that there is a Subway, an Asian Food, a Denny's and Dave's Diner only a half block away - and these are all better than Sharps - which is over-priced with typical, deep-fried foods.

Clean functional rooms

Not real customer oriented regarding the requirements they have befroe they will send a bus to pick you up. Need to provide more amenities for the bathroom.

The shuttle drivers to the airport were very helpful and friendly, even getting me a yogurt at 4 am. Also liked restaurant on site.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, location was so excellent for shuttle service and light rail. Very convenient for us. Would definitely stay again.

What's not to like?

convenience of location friendly and helpful staff efficiency - picking up and dropping off on time. It's obvious you've done it a lot and that is a big help to people like us who haven't traveled for some time.

Clean, quiet and walking distance to the airport. A great value.

Close to hotel

Easy access to airport, so great place for those one-night layovers with an early morning flight. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Prompt shuttle service

They didn't let my wife check in after my flight got delayed. Just left and didn't stay. Manager callback never happened either.

I needed a warm place to stay, near the airport. Coast Gateway met my needs (late arrival, early departure) and I would use them again. Shuttle service was efficient and timely.

The room was large and comfortable. The television was modern, large enough to see, and had a variety of popular channels including HBO. Despite being next to the airport, the room was very quiet. It's location next to the airport made getting to SEATAC worry free.

My only criticism of the room was when I opened the shower door there was a mildewy, stringy goober hanging from the bottom of the door which grossed me out.

Ease of getting to the airport

Proximity to the airport and good price-value. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We did not hear any airport noise but did hear some street noise. The shuttle was another convenience that we needed and it worked out well for us both for pick up and return to the airport. The restaurant across the parking lot was exceptional, and stays open late.

Staff - particularly the shuttle drivers. Cost. Location.
