The room was wonderful; clean, tempature easy to control, bed was comfortable, couch and tv were great. The only thing was the coffee pot wasn't clean; well used and had gotten gunky but we asked for a replacement and the staff was very accommodating. From the outside it is not much to look at: but once in the room is was beautiful and we were very happy. The free breakfast was there but not a lot of choices and kinda soggy. We went out for breakfast the second day. Also it was hard to get in and out if the drive way; you can only turn right coming out and if you came back that direction you had to go past the hotel find a place to turn around then go back: was a bit inconvenient as that was the way to get down town and back.

Cocca's is a clean and comfortable. Staff is very well mannered and knowledgeable. Definitely would stay again.

Convenience to shopping and interestate although the room that I booked was not the quality that we recieved the building, furniture. Matress , jacuzzi tub and bathroom fixtures need updating for the advertized . The free continental breakfast was not at all appealing. The condimdents need to be in seperate individual packages not one container that all guest can dip into. Not sanitary offerings. This did not appeal to me at all in reference to the ad that was displayed.

Room was horrible. Despite being a non-smoking room, it reeked of smoke and all my belongings smelled of smoke the next day. This was miserable, particularly since I was presenting at a conference that day. It was only $68/night so I guess you get what you pay for. Never again for me.

Zimmer zur Strasse sind sehr laut. Die Betten schlecht und viel zu durchgelegen. Das Zimmer war winzig.

nothing staff was rude, talked on the phone for 10 mins with her friend while i waited to get checked in. bathroom was dirty. not a good experience

Price..fresh sheets..fluffy pillows.. Water stains in bathroom...peeling wallpaper...old drapes and bedcoverings..and No Microwave..

In the room where I stayed, it was quite clean. There was a nice flat- screen plasma television on the wall. The bathroom looked like it had recently been re-done with new tiles which gave it a quite new appearance. The water pressure in my hotel room's shower was somewhat underwhelming. Also, the front desk staff was not as professional or welcoming as I would have liked.As a guest, you want to get the impression that the staff - even though they may be tired -- are pleased to have you stay in the hotel. I think the front desk staff could use some more customer service training.
