Location and Views from Bay front room

Elevators were too slow. The lobby area had a peculiar smell. Our room was not very clean, particularly the floors.The air conditioning unit was very loud and ran constantly. The entire hotel seemed a bit worn and needed updating.

Front desk was very informative with info on upcoming inclement weather which helped us to plan and make the most of our short trip! Very nice staff and an all-around nice hotel!

The hotel itself could be great if it were cleaner. Pool area was nice. Rooms very unique and pretty. Location great.

Couldn't get into our room when we arrived and we were kept waiting for 2 hours. Not clean. Grout in bathroom moldy. Ceilings cracked. Bar not open at pool area. Carpets in hall were stained.

Sofa uncomfortable. Cover over sofa. If I had wanted to use the sleeper sofa it would have been hard to do so. I could hear my neighbor's conversation. Obviously thin walls. Alarm clock bolted to wall ACROSS from the bed. It could not be moved. I chose not to use it. Had I used it I would have had to get up from bed to turn it off. Had to get a "Sunny Day" magazine from the front desk to get the TV channel listing.

Budget friendly and pretty convenient. Friendly and helpful Staff. All in all a pretty enjoyable stay.

Rooms were a tad small and packed together but not a game breaker. Hotel carpets could use a complete do-over.

The room was wonderful and close to the beach. It had a great view and the staff were all terrific.

The pots were too small to cook for a family of 4.

I LOVED the room. We booked a one bedroom suite and to our surprise we got the monserat suite (it was incredible, there was even a tub in our room). All I expected was a simple one bedroom with a little kitchette but this was far beyond my expectations. The location was also great since it right across the street from the beach and not to far from local attractions.

The only down side was getting stuck in the elevator.

Very noisy due to restaurant behind resort. Run down rooms. Electric hazards in bathroom. Terrible! Will never stay there again! Nothing like the ad.

I liked the location and the view, the easy access and location of most of what we needed

There was a mix up and a miss miss communication when it came to my resivation. I was put in the wrong room after I called a few times before I checked in. I was told that there was nothing they could do not even discount my room or comp me anything for there screw up. The air did not work in the riom and they did not offer us to move us to another room even though they had rooms to spare.

The staff were great. I had a couple of minor repairs that needed to be done, tv, ac and the response was immediate and great. Thanks!

We really enjoyed how close we were to the ocean. We were here on our honeymoon.

The view on the balcony was nice. Could walk to the beach and short drive to the boardwalk. Nice to have the kitchen and living room. Bathroom was a decent size amd nice lights around the mirror.

The water flow wasn't good in the Shower.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean. Liked the sofa, dining and kitchen area included.

Would have preferred to be on the bayside. I'll be back in August and will request bayview. The noise from the wedding party was immediately below our room 217 and was a bit loud. Hallways were very warm and didn't smell fresh

Everything was quite fine. Checkout was too early, but it is at ALL the beach resorts,it seems.

Good price. All staff were personable and Courteous. Location within walking distance to beach, restaurants and other attractions. Appealing decor. Quiet at night even on a holiday weekend.

I loved the value of the hotel for the price. My friends and I (ages 25-26) arrived early, and they were able to prepare our room in advance of check in time and call us once it was available. The hotel is within walking distance of some of the best nightlife in Ocean City. We will be back! :)
