Bed was quite worn and uncomfortable. Don't know if all beds are this way, but it seems like they need updated. Would be nice if they offered a small breakfast.
Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Conveniently located to everything.
There was no breakfast, only a coffee and juice bar.
We liked almost everything at this hotel.
The lobby closed at 9pm so we couldn't get a soda or ice, light bulbs burnt out, lamp arched and smoked and neither was replaced.
Nice spacious room and clean
No fragrances in the or sheets. Very clean.
Loved the comfy bed, the recliner, and the cleanliness. Best room I've ever had for the price.
Liked the fridge in room and microwave.
The rooms were well maintained and the beds were very comfortable!
The microwave would not work and the desk clerk wasn't very helpful other than to write the info down for who ever fixed it. No discount on the bill and nothing was done to fix it.
Nice size big, comfortable, quite room.
No Continental Breakfast....
EXCEPTIONAL STAFF...CLEANLINESS...SUPER "Nice Rooms"...Couldn't Have Been More Pleased...Thanks For The Experience...
The hot tub and how clean the place was. Both staff I met were amazing
Friendliness of every member of staff we came in contact with and as everywhere we have stayed on our road trip is much of a mushiness this is what makes the difference between a good ands a great hotel
Very large rooms, nice decoration, good reception. They have hot-tube,good Wifi.Free coffee, thee and small biscuits at reception.Large free parking lot.Very good price-quality
The pillows were like lumpy rocks and the TVs were the old tube type from the 80's
I loved the very nice staff, and the cleanliness was top notch.
The receptionist was the rudest person we have come across in six months of travel in the Usa She had the lights turned out in the foyer and would not speak to anyone until 3pm this included a couple just wanting to know if there was a vacancy. My husband and I advised her that we would not stay and she did not care the other couple also left to find other accommodation. The
The pine furniture was lovely. I liked the tiny Keurig coffee machine. The room was very comfortable and the staff was excellent. Very nice place and pretty. Nice comment from your night lady regarding owners and other employees. We will come back - we came to see the Buffalo Bill Museum. What an awesome place! The two desk ladies were perfect for your place.
The coffee they served in the lobby was awful. The coffee in the room was much better.
I received a cheerful, friendly greeting when I checked in, and again in the morning when I checked out.
The bathroom fan was permanently on and quite noisy, which disturbed sleep.
It looked like new and is very well equipped, extremely comfortable bed, large room and we were able to walk into town to eat in the evening.
Room was good sized, clean, and quiet. Friendly staff.
Would better if they offered some kind of breakfast.
The beds actually looked as good as the picture I saw on the website (unlike many other places). The indoor spa was nice and lobby was welcoming.
very poor lighting in room
Bathroom fan runs continuously
Loved the character of the room
The most important thing to me is a comfortable bed and the Cody has one of the most comfortable hotel beds that I've slept in, similar to the beds at the four points sheraton hotels. The decor is charming and the staff is friendly. Other is no breakfast but the price is reasonable enough that it's not a factor. Highly recommend this hotel.
Cody in itself was an unexpected pleasure after leaving Yellowstone. The Cody Legacy was a charming hotel with the typical log furniture in the rooms and lobby. The receptionists were very helpful and I would definitely return here on our next trip.
Located within easy driving distance to Cody's tourist amenities and across the street from a major mall and grocery complex. The rooms were comfortable.
Clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient, reasonably priced. Would stay again.
