I like the expansions they've done. Their staff is very helpful and welcoming.
Our room was sub par for the $150 we spent for the night. The bathtub was lined with dried hair shavings from someone before us. I called, they came and cleaned it and THERE WAS STILL HAIR! There was smuged lipgloss on the duvet(still with glitter in it so I know it hadn't been washed). Big black scuff marks on the walls... not down where feet would be but 4ft up the wall. Splatter marks streaked and dried down the walls. This is something I've never experienced from a chain hotel. Ever. Disgusting.
We liked the buffet. excellent food and great service. That there were staff that were very helpful. Cost was great-surroundings beautiful
casino wise...wish there were more areas that were NON smoking. hard for someone with COPD, so spent more time in the room.
Room was clean Hotel was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable
We arrived later because of car trouble and check in was only one clerk and I stood there with my back in serious pain for quite a while We asked for one hour later check out so we could use hot tub and have the Buffet breakfast (the whole reason we drove that far). Clerk said call in the morning. We called and were told no. Explained it was our anniversary and why we were there. One hour out of one room in huge hotel, and they wouldn't do it. I have worked housekeeping before and it can be done easily. At breakfast my husband poured liquid creamer into coffee and it was solid. Gravy was bad tasting (my hubby loves chicken fried steak and gravy) the Southern fried hash browns were horrible. We used to love this place. Customer service is horrible Super 8 would have had more class and a hot tub we could get into in the morning without sacrificing breakfast. I am sad to say we won't be back even if it looks great. Customer service is not a priority with this hotel even though it is beautiful.
Very nice resort. The staff, room, restaurants all good. A perfect winter getaway for us.
Be aware that the cell service is spotty in the resort. We had to walk to the lobby to use our phones. Not a big issue for us but it might be to other travelers.
Finally came out on top gambling
Long distance from activities to our room
couldn't open window for fresh air and safety (fire) restaurants not open during first of week for breakfast or dinner
left some clothing in the dresser. Called and then got a call back saying it was found. several calls later with no results the person answering the phone took my name and address and said she would "hand carry it to the right people". Got the stuff in the mail 3 days later. good job
smoke smell even in non smoking areas
Thought it was everything a person wants. Employees were extra nice and had a GREAT time
Wish they more places for breakfast
Short drive for us. Fuel prices were much lower.
Beds worn out. Leaks in Bathroom faucet. Room smelled of smoke. Very thin walls. Same games as three years ago. Lots of old faded games. 4pm check in is very late for us old folks. Food prices out of sight.
My wife had her best night's sleep in months. Wish we could buy the same mattress for our home.
Buffet was not up to expectations. Stayed on a Thursday and got to the buffet at around 7:00 PM. Selections were limited.
The golf course is a good course.
Front desk was like dealing with the DMV. Never was notified of Limo to take me to wedding. Casino, so lots of smoke. Basically kind of depressing atmoshpere.
Friendly employees Nice golf course The price of gas was great. Breakfast was great - should open at 7:00 am for people that want to start travelling early.
Should provide more soap etc. We have stayed at your hotel a couple of times and found that this time that the smoke was not as bad as the other times. However, you should provide more non-smoking areas. Perhaps the next time we will book in your new venue, as we have not stayed at the new building.
clean modern room comfortable bed
looked out over the parking lot far end of propety would stay again, but would not upgrade. the extra money was not worth it. would stay in the main building
Much closer that Reno or Vegas, but you still get that "resort" feeling. Room very well appointed, all the amenities needed, clean and very comfortable. Excellent wi-fi coverage.
Loosing my money !!
Great hotel, even if you don't gamble.
Location of the facility with services, golf, and gaming options. Dining Options Comfortable Beds with small seating area Large bathroom area with sink separate from shower and toilet facilities.
No early check-in even though requested. Not enough personnel at check-in desk at posted check-in time. Slowness of check-in process. Other person in room could not check in because reservation in one person's name. The distance of hotel from dining areas.
The rooms were close to the casino
The front desk staff were rude and non-responsive to any requests. I guess there is not much competition up there so they don't have to treat guests well. They had the incorrect reservation requests and basically told us too bad. Booking.com supervisor called them and then they changed our room to our requested room. Basically, hotel staff seemed they didn't like their jobs and certainly didn't like people! Restaurant servers were great.
Front Desk manager Deb was rude. Property smelled bad. Pool was cloudy. Walls between rooms are thin you can hear everything.
Great rooms great service great facility and great value for your dollar would recommend anyone and will be back soon.
we were so surprised when we rounded the corner and saw this resort. we enjoyed every minute of our stay. the casino was very big,and friendly too...WOW My friends are lucky enough to live closer ,so they can frequent your resort. thank you
Too bad the line up for the friday buffet was so long..people were actyally complaining. there should maybe be two line ups
VERY FRIENDLY STAFF...AND WELCOMING TO THE RRESORT.
MORE FOOD CHOICES
Loved the Spa Hotel Room and Hotel Staff was excellent. The room was worth the extra money and much more comfortable than the other hotel on the property which we stayed at last year.
Very dissappointed in the Dinner Buffet. One of the worst dinner buffets we have had at a Casino. Hopefully they will improve it in the future.
good food and service
room a bit dated and mattresses could be updated as well as the bed covers

It would have been nice to win money in the casino!!
