Room was excellent, nice amenities and pretty quiet though located by outside door and across from ice machine.

Dining room was too cold, staff finally acknowledged and moved several diners to other areas which was a good thing.

#1. Only one elevator a mile from our room #2. HARD BED, made of granite no doubt #3. Bathroom vanity was dirty, between the faucet and back splash it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. #4. The Price was TOO High for the quality

Staff were very friendly and accommodating considering the place was being remodeled. Dinner choices were nicely prepared and fairly priced. Louie/Seattle

Closet construction was poorly done. Finishing nails not fully nailed in or bent over. If closet was plum (square), then door wheels needed to be leveled properly. Why is electrical light switch to bathroom so high -- not standard. Louie/Seattle

    The staff was nice.

The room was tiny. We booked two rooms and the hotel said that each room slept five. With two double beds, four was a stretch and then cots were $14 extra per room. The cots were barely able to fit. Someone had obviously urinated in the air conditioning vent and the room reeked of old pee. When checking out, I told the front desk person about the urine issue and she just giggled as though it was no big deal. The carpet was filthy and we found trash on the floor from previous occupants. Our door did not close on its own, and sat ajar as we were bringing in luggage. Breakfast was held in a small, windowless room and seats were at a premium. The food was not limited and I only felt comfortable eating pre- packaged items. The hotel was a weird mix of families and drunken college students. All in all, the hotel was tired and needs major updates. It looks run down and while that might pass for a few years in a busy tourist town, eventually the people will move on to greener pastures and leave this dirty place behind.
